From the first moment I contacted Porcaro Ford for a possible purchase the response I received was very professional. No constant pushy sales calls or email messages during the entire process. All of my inquiries were answered in a very timely manner. My initial visit to the dealership for a test drive was also a pleasant experience. Their facility was very clean as you would expect. My salesperson was knowledgeable about the car I was purchasing and the rest of the staff were all very kind and courteous along with respectful of my time. The entire purchase was a satisfying experience.

Dodge Dart purchase with Nico from Racine Location

Found a Dodge Dart online and after seeking information was contacted by one of the best salesman I’ve ever encountered, Nico. He answered all my questions and upon going to see the car in person, he made the whole process very comfortable and exciting. He invested so much time and compassion with helping. He made the whole process of purchasing very easy and exciting. I will definitely be referring him to any people I know looking, especially my nieces who will soon be looking. They are my world, so for me to be enthusiastic and confident in his ability to help and the trust I have in him to do so, says a lot! A Great Experience

When we started shopping for a new F-150, our credit union suggested that we look at Porcaro Ford. Our sales person Chuck Rizzo did a great job of finding exactly what we were looking for. While at the dealership, Mr. Porcaro walked over and introduced himself. He thanked us for our purchase and told us that his dealership stood behind our new truck. In a time of giant car lots, it was nice to shop at a family run dealership that made you feel appreciated. We would highly recommend that you visit Porcaro Ford and while you are there - ask for Chuck Rizzo. You won't be disappointed.


Service on recalls is poor

Purchased a new F150 this spring and am very happy with it. The sales force did a great job finding what I wanted and seeing that I was satisfied at delivery. Just got a recall notice that will take a couple of hours to perform but the service department does not have evening or Saturday hours, I work days Monday through Friday in a different city and by the time I get home it is to close their quitting time to do the repair. They want to charge me for a rental (loner) if they do the repair during the day. Could understand if this was regular maintenance but it’s not. It is a safety related recall. Do not buy from Porcaro if you think you may need service during the day.

Long Distance Customer Service

I located a specific 2017 Expedition EL at Porcaro Ford and Shawn Moore quickly responded to my online inquiry. It is an 8-hour drive between me and Racine, but Shawn did two separate FaceTime sessions with my wife and me and was always responsive to my follow-up questions. Nicole in Finance was also very helpful in helping arrange my financing. Quality vehicle...fair price...good customer service.



I would like to take time to thank Chuck Rizzo for a great car shopping experience. Everyone was helpful in making sure that everything was done to get me into my new Ford Escape. I would recommend them to anyone!
