I was in the market for a newer Mustang convertible.

I was in the market for a newer Mustang convertible. I had traveled to several dealerships but could not find a Mustang with the mileage and features I wanted. I contacted Chris Balke, a Salesman at Porcaro Ford, about a 2021 Eco Premium Mustang. When I arrived at the dealership, the Mustang was detailed and sitting in front of the dealership ready to test drive. Chris was super helpful and laid back. I found the Mustang to be in better condition with lower mileage and price than the other Mustangs I had looked at. I found it impressive that Porcaro Ford provided a free CARFAX report and even though this Mustang had only 10K miles, they had replaced the battery, filters, wiper blades, and changed the oil. In an hour, the paperwork was complete, and I gave Porcaro a deposit. In working with Mary Kay, the Finance Manager, I greatly appreciated that she made me aware, but did not push, gap insurance, extended warranties, and other add-ons. When I brought the Mustang home, I noticed a seatbelt holder cover was missing. When I called Chris and told him about this, he said, “no problem”, ordered the part, and mailed it to me. I am older and have purchased many new and used vehicles. My buying experience with Christopher Balke at Porcaro Ford was one of the best I have had. Thank you Porcaro Ford!

The greatest plus for this dealership was the kindness

The greatest plus for this dealership was the kindness of no pressure. You were not attacked at the door and Caeden was professional in all that he did. He worked the deal for us with no intimidation, and was forthcoming with all business transaction. Overall a great experience.

Been a long time customer.

Been a long time customer.... and the people at the dealership are what make it as great as it is. From the front sales area back into the service department and the oil change center... I always have a good experience. I'd guess there are 3-4 Ford dealerships within a decent drive of my home... I see no reason to ever consider any other store besides Porcaro.

My wife and I were very satisfied with the service we

My wife and I were very satisfied with the service we received at Porcaro on 11-10-23. Caeden was our sales associate and he listened to our wants and needs and was able to get us into the vehicle we fell in love with. The experience was not high pressure or stress; Caeden was very down-to-earth and was not too aggressive in his sales approach. We felt as if we were treated like family and we recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle.
