    We went there to purchase a new Outback because we were happy with their service on our old Outback. We dealt with two salesmen, Alex and Art. Both were low pressure, nice guys. After doing some comparison shopping, I emailed them with the price we wanted to pay for the exact car we wanted; they emailed back that they could meet my price. We went in and they didn't have the correct interior color on the lot so they found us one delivered the next day. Transaction went smoothly, no surprises or hidden fees. Art made us feel like we were his only customers and he was there to serve us!

    Buying my 2016 Suburu at Prime was a easy transaction. Danny Carlo, our salesman, did an outstanding job explaining the details of the purchase and was very pleasant to deal with. The sales manager Mike was also very personable and great to deal with. I recommend Prime Subaru. Danny also did a great job explaining the operation of the electronics when I picked up the car.

    We had already test driven a 2016 Forester and were ready to buy. Jason Ludwig was with us from our first email. While we lived some distance away, indeed across the state line, shopping by email and phone was fairly new experience (we usually buy a new car about every 10 years.) We're quick learners however. The price that Jason quoted us was very aggressive, especially compared with the Boston area. He is very competent and didn't need to go running back to ask questions. He understood the car, the options, financing, service. He even understood the quirks of the Mass. Registry of Motor Vehicles. He was truthful, sincere, helpful and always available. I don't think I ever waited more than a couple hours from him. Financing always takes some time, but the finance manager was also very competent and knowledgeable. I was impressed to hear that they can even accommodate drive in service request. They worked hard to ensure our expectations were always met along the way. We went from buy to pickup in four days. Four days as they needed to acquire a exact match car to what we wanted from another dealer. That was entirely transparent to us. I would recommend this dealer to my grandma!
