I was ready to buy a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee based on an online. It took a while for the dealership to respond. When they did we traded some emails. They asked if I had a trade, I did and told them what my trade was and never heard from them again! I asked for additional information on the vehicle and proposed a phone call to answer any questions I had, then based on the phone conversation, I would schedule a test drive. I thought that was reasonable as I live 75 miles away. Never heard from them again... I guess they didn't like my trade in.. It's their loss. There was a high probability if they made a little effort they would have made a sale... What's interesting is that I had good response when I inquired about 2918 Jeep that I decided against. But when I found I vehicle I was vey interested in, online sales dropped the ball.

I had a great experience, my salesperson, Teresa was great and made everything so easy. I ended buying the truck and will definitely come back once I am in need of another vehicle.

The sales associate Mr Kantor was extremely helpful...
The sales associate Mr Kantor was extremely helpful supplying pictures and Carfax information, he was able to answer all the questions I asked. I am in the process of purchasing the car.

Too slow to respond
This dealership took over a week to respond to me on an online inquiry, only to tell me the car I was inquiring about sold. During that weeks time, I visited 3 other dealerships who responded to me and purchased a vehicle. They lost out on a possible sale due to their delayed response time.

Towne is a wonderful place to shop for a vehicle and I leased two Jeep’s from them. I am now kind of sad my salesman Greg did not reach out to me and try to keep me as a customer when I told him about a lower price quote from another dealership while shopping for a new Jeep. I waited a week and he never contacted me to see if he could work out some kind of deal with me as a current customer. His only response was he can’t match that other quote without even trying to rework the numbers And I never heard back from him.

Set up a service appointment early in the week for Saturday at 2pm to have brakes and rotors done. Showed up for appointment and service advisor said I was not on the schedule and they were too busy. I could leave my car with them and they might have it done by Monday. Unfortunately he was not helpful or apologetic at all, and didn’t even attempt to try and set up a new appointment. A complete waste of time. I don’t recommend this place to anyone.

Careless service/Damaged my vehicle
I went to Towne Jeep to have a recall work performed on my 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee on the morning of 11/30/17. It was in regards to the Brake Booster Shield (T59). Went in. Got it checked out/done. There for only about an hour. I normally take the time to inspect my vehicle after any service visit at any dealership because some are very careless. But, I didn't. That was my fault. I get home and decided to check out their work then. I'm only 10 minutes away, less than 5 miles. What did I find, a dent with a few scuff marks on my right rear passenger door. Also noticed that the cowl panel cover wasn't properly secured. I haven't called the dealership yet but I know all their going to say is, 1) Are you sure it wasn't there before you came in?, 2) You drove it off your service visit so now we're not liable, 3) You have no proof it was us. I know my vehicle and I take care of my vehicle. And this wasn't there prior to my visit. The dent is slightly larger than a quarter so it's probably not even worth fixing. But, it's just the point that you guy's were careless and damaged my vehicle. No matter how small or big, you damaged it. After I noticed the damage I decided to wash my vehicle and put a clay bar to the damaged area. Luckily, I was able to remove the scuffs and the damage didn't penetrate thru the paint. But, that dent is there. This was my first ever visit to Towne Jeep. It'll most likely be my last visit ever for anything.

Inquired about a truck on Friday,very quick communication from Adam at the dealership. Barbie in finance was very helpful.Brought the truck on Wednesday, literally 10 minutes at the dealership. Live 340 miles away Adam had Dave waiting for me at train station,very professional. Just a very good experience, will be doing business with them again.L
