    Mechanics rush vehicles in and out. Brought vehicle in for bad front half shaft, was told there was nothing wrong with it. Weeks later the front end sounds... like a popcorn maker whenever it is in 4 wheel. Oh guess what it is, front half shaft. Service dept at this dealer is a joke. Everyone sitting around, no enthusiasm, dirty, unorganized mess! Not what any other dealership looks like.

    I've had repairs done and the issues were always completed in a timely manner, employees are respectful. Purchased new cars from others but this was the... first time from Romeo Ford. Sean approached me as I walked in the front door which I greatly appreciate. He was attentive to my needs and concerns. Jason gave me a fair trade in price for my 2006 Fusion. Other dealers offered less or wouldn't quote me, just asked me what I wanted to get out of it. I drove a few more miles to go to Romeo Ford and am glad I did. They saved me time and money. It is worth going there. I already told my daughter and son-in-law to see Sean for their next vehicle because I trust he will take good care of them.

    Greg was excellent. I had given him what I wanted and he never once questioned me why and tried to push me in another direction. He was very helpful in... financing options and was quick to answer my questions and was very knowledgeable. He was also very accommodating when I wanted to pick it up early. A 5-Star salesman!

    They never answered my questions after three attempts. Then they sent me several emails and offered the Ford Focus as a SIMILAR choice to a 1957 Thunderbird!... PLEASE!

    My son, Wesley, visited Romeo Ford and met with Bill P. Bill took his time and was very helpful talking to Wes who was nervous and who had never talked... to a salesperson alone. Wes was shown the car and Bill talked with him about the car. Wes came home and talked with his Father and Myself and we came and looked at the car and then leased it. I feel the Team at Romeo Ford went above and beyond helping Wes and myself lease this beautiful car. Everyone we talked to was super friendly and smiling alot. Wes really loves his car; he does miss his truck, but the car is his baby! He washes the car more than he ever washed the truck! My husband and myself have already talked and we will be coming to Romeo Ford and look up Bill P. when we are ready to purchase a new vehicle or to lease one.
