    My experience I had today with the manager of the service department was not a very good But... The General Sales manager CHRIS WILLIAMS Quickly took care of my problem, he was very nice and was very professional !!! I would like to Thank him for his help today and I think it's terrible I had to go to a sales manager to help me when the service manager could not be very nice , he was rude and yelled at me !!!! Thank you Chris Williams for all your help today and I give you a 10 in customer service !!!

    What a freaking dump first of all, and the atmosphere couldn't be more trashy. A young kid attempted to "help us", we were curious about downgrading our vehicle to a Hyundai Santa Fe....the kid wouldn't give us the best numbers available instead he insisted on giving us numbers on vehicles he had available in their lot and then trying to sell us a used vehicle when we clearly stated we were interested in leasing only. He Got frustrated and extremely unprofessional when we told him his numbers weren't even close to reasonable. Instead of producing so many ridiculous commercials maybe they should put some time and effort and money into their facility and staff.

    As a cautious and skeptical consumer, I had done my homework before visiting the dealership. I was greeted by Paul Fiorillo, who was superb as getting me through the process. I told him what my wants/needs in a car would be, and that financing maybe a problem. He was very understanding of my situation, and had a quiet, "can do" attitude. He guide me smoothly through the transaction and delivered! I would gladly recommend anyone shopping for new or recent model used see Paul!

    I just feel that if you just go into the dealership and all you want to do is look but they seem to think you are there to buy so they bug the crap out of you. I don't like going into dealerships any more just to see whats out there if they are going to bombard me with a salesman.

    I cannot tell you how very pleased I was with my whole experience! Imagine, getting a new car in one day.....no waiting for anything! I had no idea, so I drove down in a vehicle I am keeping. I figured I would get a ride back in a few days, and get my new Tucson , but two guys were sent out to deliver it. I was almost in shock!!!! Everyone was great....Yvette Harris for the contact, Taylor Norton for the sale, the financing man, and finally Kermit, the delivery man. A great experience all around!

    Dealerships have never been a pleasant experience for me; my past 4 vehicles each came from different dealerships & each time I left feeling like the service I received was not at all reflective of their promising commercials, billboards, radio ad, etc. I was so hesitant this time around to go through the whole process again but I had no choice, our family outgrew our current vehicle. I decided to email Fuccillo and just put my whole financial/life situation out on the table and ended it with I can't drive an hour away with 4 kids just to leave disappointed- can you help me for real or not? Donna (Hamilton) emailed me back, responding to each concern I had & assured me that Fuccillo really is different. 4 MONTHS of occasional correspondence went by where she checked-in on how things were going, asked if I had any more questions and normally this would come across as semi-pushy to me but I didn't feel this way at all. After her assurance that we'd be happy we went in, we finally went to Fuccillo Hyundai (out of state for us) & within 10 minutes of being there we found the perfect vehicle. When no one else was able to help us get a vehicle, I was honestly surprised Fuccillo really did. Our credit was far from where it needed to be, no down-payment, a trade-in not worth much. Morris 'Mo' worked for a little under a week to get the bank to give us a loan- even on his days off he was texting us updates. Donna was right, they really are different. They marked the car down $5,000 to help us get approved, drove the car to us, took care of out-of-state registration and title details. In the future, when it's time to buy another car, I'm definitely going back to Fuccillo because they actually do what they say they're going to and unfortunately, that's not very common these days. PS- I never leave feedback for things! ;)
