    My experience with Dalton Hunter was above and beyond what I anticipated. He was not pushy and answered all questions and even made some suggestions. I have dealt with Fuccillo for probably over 30 years and will not hesitate to recommend friends ask for Dalton. Thank you Dalton, you rock!!

    I'll start by saying the dealership itself is one of their older, non-renovated showrooms. Much smaller than their Latham store and less modernized. Still, they had the car i was looking for in stock and on the lot (as opposed to in Latham, where they couldn't find it at first). Zaske was our salesman. He was fine. He seemed a little less knowledgeable about the registration/insurance end of the process as we were told my wife had to come back w/me to complete paperwork the following day (we went on a sunday) After confirming with Scott that she didn't we proceeded and completed everything then. We went in with financing in place and they beat the rate we had, so we went with theirs. Left the same day w/the car. They promised to fully detail the next day and they did. Would i have liked to save more on the car? Sure, who doesn't. I got what i was looking for at a price i was comfortable. Did they make money on it, absolutely. i don't care what any tell you, that's what they're there for. Which is fine, businesses are there to make money. I still would've liked one of the Rivers gift cards they were giving out. But it was for new cars & leases. and i bought a pre-owned. The big question is - would i go back? Possibly, if they have what i'm looking for. I wouldn't rule them out.

    My husband Ken and I went to Fuccillo for our first Hyundai and had a great experience dealing with them. So we went back for our 2nd Hyundai Santa Fe Sport this month. Traded our 2014 for a 2017. Josh and the whole crew were so nice and easy to deal with. Thank you ALL for another great experience. ¿

    I went in with a car in mind and a few hours later drove out with my car! Josh Aesch (sales) was so helpful and was extremely easy to work with and so patient as I was so nervous. The finance department really went out of their way to make me a deal that I was happy with! I would not change a thing!

    I recently purchased a car from the fucillo dealership in Amsterdam a few months ago and then just recently purchased a vehicle for my daughter at the fucillo Hyundai in Schenectady. I had asked if there was any promotions.. Was told no and 2 days later there is the giveaway. I would have waited 2 days to make this purchase for my daughter. The sales tam was great but after I had called and left messages and no response I emailed the company was called back and the lady that called me back was quite rude.. We have purchased at least 4 vehicles from this company because of the good sales and service and then mi get a rude response as to why when I asked I was told no promotions.. All I was simply saying was I spent over 33,000 on this car and we would have waited the 2 days to get a give away.. The girl that called me back said they knew nothing about giveaways until the day of.. I find that very hard to believe. I'm just alittle taken back as to the rudeness from who called me and to not being told to wait. I know everyone's looking to make a sale but we would have just waited. It's the principle especially for returning customers Thanks Joe H

    I am a 3rd time Fucillo of Schenectady customer. My first 2 purchases were Hyundai SanteFe. I was brand shopping but still wanted to include the SanteFe in my shopping even though I wanted a change. My Sales Consultant, Paul Fiorillo, introduced me to Lincoln MKC as an additional choice which I would have never considered. After a test drive and overnight loan I was sold!! Paul (andChris) worked with me to get exactly what I wanted for a fair deal. Overall excellent buying experience from beginning to end.

    My experience I had today with the manager of the service department was not a very good But... The General Sales manager CHRIS WILLIAMS Quickly took care of my problem, he was very nice and was very professional !!! I would like to Thank him for his help today and I think it's terrible I had to go to a sales manager to help me when the service manager could not be very nice , he was rude and yelled at me !!!! Thank you Chris Williams for all your help today and I give you a 10 in customer service !!!
