We would like to let you know about a dealership in Romeo, MI that goes above and beyond with their customer service. That dealership is HEIDEBRECHT CHEVROLET. When our new vehicle had an issue (only 515 miles) that couldn’t be corrected for a minimum of 60 days (no part available) They followed up with us, we have been provided brand new loaners and they (and Chevrolet) are buying back our vehicle and providing us with a new replacement. Everyone at the dealership has been responsive and we knew we were in good hands. Could go on and on but if you want an excellent Chevrolet dealership that treats customers like family, this is it!

Was greeted and directed as soon as I pulled into the garage (no wait outside either). I had made an appointment so paperwork was in the works and only took a couple minutes to get the work going. Was told it could take (I think this is what they said, or I read) 45 min - 1 hour for the work. I waited in the fully stocked and clean waiting room for less than a 1/2 hour. The cashier looked up my reward points to pay for some of the bill, I paid the balance and was on my way! Great job all of you!
