Took my car here for repair. Staff person who brought it out when done drove it with no mask on, no gloves, windows closed, and didn't wipe or disinfect... anything after. St. Clair County currently has the highest Covid rates in the country. This was irresponsible and dangerous. Wont be back.

Recently, I purchased a large Fifth Wheel. My RV dealer said the 2020 GMC 2500 could work. So I went ahead and ordered the 2500. A week before it was... delivered to St. Clair GMC, I realized I should have ordered the 3500. Speaking with John Martin, our salesperson, he helped us find a 3500 nearby and did a dealer trade. I thought the 3500 would be a "hard ride" but it rides very similar to my F-150 and feels great.

Please do your research before you go to this dealer. Non-caring attitude for the vehicle that you are purchasing. Depending on the salesperson you will... either have a decent experience or a horrible time. The management is completely unaware of the problems in sales and inventory. Please go somewhere that they actually care about and respect your business!

Requested them NOT to wash my vehicle because I just detailed it. Could not find my truck after service. They washed it. 2nd time happened.
