We recently purchased a 2025 Ford Maverick at Delacy

We recently purchased a 2025 Ford Maverick at Delacy Ford. Sal Khan was an AMAZING salesperson! We explained what we were looking for, what our budget was, and he went out of his way to make the deal happen for us. Honestly, you don't find that type of customer service out there as much anymore. My husband is very happy with his new truck! Thank you Sal!

Keegan and Don destroyed us financially.

Keegan and Don destroyed us financially. They didn't fix the enormous amount of things that where supposed to be done after 5 days of it being in shop before purchase just for rear break light leaking ,bunch of scratches ,and dents ,seat belt dosnt even work properly get out and speaker cover falls off . Dosnt even have charger that all teslas come with . They stole our rebate by raising the price $ 3100 and didn't tell us we have to pay tax on thatcat end of year. So they stole the rebate money and dint fix thousands in damage to car . Extended warranty dosnt cover anything . Waist of another 4k . Got 2020 tesla model 3 with 55k miles for 32k all said and done . Could get a 2022 model y with 2,880 miles with actual warranty for 34,800. They lied to my girlfriend what she was signing on multiple parts of contract . Refused to allow her to date and fill in odometer miles or where she lived ,just sighn and leave rest open and snatched it out her hand . They should all be in prison for fraud . This dealership should not be allowed to remain open destroying the lives and families of beautiful wny . Please dont support these crooks ,it just helps them predate on more victims that will most likely be you next .

We have purchased over 10 Fords from Mark and could not

We have purchased over 10 Fords from Mark and could not be happier with his attention to detail and the service which he provides. Although we live 2 1/2 hours from the dealership we would not consider anyone else!

Terrible follow-up.

Terrible follow-up. I expressed interest in a Ford Edge..I was told it was in going in to the shop for prep. I asked 3 seperate folks for an update on 3 different occasions with ZERO responses. Terrible customer service. Would not recommend this dealership what so ever.

had a simple recall on my van, no issues going in.

had a simple recall on my van, no issues going in. Van starts knocking hard within two miles of the dealership. I politely asked lynn and joe to repair it. They told me over two weeks later there was nothing wrong and I would be paying the tow. I asked why there was oil coming out of the transmission and they said not our problem. Right. I've been coming here for many years and will never return.

i have purchased atleast 10 vehicles here but will never

i have purchased atleast 10 vehicles here but will never buy another one. service is pathetic,most recently had to have my wifes explorer towed in.10 days later im still waiting for them to look at it,also was told im 9th on waiting list for a loaner,after numerous calls to service during those 10 days with no return call,finally got ahold of somebody only to tell me im still 9th on list for a loaner and nobody has looked at our explorer.

Sick and tired of the hail divots on my hood and trunk

Sick and tired of the hail divots on my hood and trunk lid of my beautiful old Lexus. Spoke to Kimo and Jeff in DeLacy bodyshop. They gave me an incredible estimate to not only fix the hail damage, but blend the lower rocker panels and roof top as well the was sun damaged(Florida car). They took their time, informing me daily on the status and a week later Kimo asked me to come in and It was Gorgeous! It looks like a new car! Great work, super nice guys, the price was amazing! I can't recommend this shop and these guys enough.
