I took my Fusion in for a recall and oil change. During the 21 point they determined my rear brakes, while legal should be replaced. The pricing was reasonable so I had the work done even tough I was never shown the old parts.

I had a couple awful experiences at Ed Shults Ford. I almost gave up on Ford all together. Delacy Ford went above and beyond to get me a good deal and a good experience. Thank you Ken for helping me. I wouldn’t recommend Ed Shults for to anyone, however Delacy Ford was great.
