My Mother in-law (woman in her 80’s)was in to have her vehicle serviced recently (August 2019) when she expressed upgrading her car at some point to a... SUV suited for her husband (easy to get in and out of). They managed to show her the BEST DEAL on the lot (2018 Mitsubishi Outlander) mind you this is a third row seat SUV, just over 30,000 miles, crashed front end, used as a rental vehicle. They gave her $3K for her 2011 Hyundai Sonata with 77,000 miles and in good shape! With the trade in they managed to give her a price somewhere around $20,000 before taxes and registration fees(DEAL)? Oh right let’s sell her the extended warranty for $3K too(does a 2018 not have a manufactures warranty)? She’s now expressed needing to get home to her husband and rushed through ALL the paperwork not knowing the SUV had been crashed and that she got a slightly HIGH interest rate loan, paying until she is just about 90! Sales Manager Dave L., also expressed that she can make bi-weekly payments to pay it off sooner(on a fixed income? Really?)Needless to say 2 days later her children are upset with what she had done and knows she was TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF...not upset that she wants a newer, easier, more reliable SUV for herself. We went to the dealership 2 days later in hopes to get a SUV more suitable (price, size, interest rate) NOPE not happening! Just a heads up to buyers BEWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP they only want to make the SALE! Period.
Considering that the vehicle is a older model they went out of their way to fix what ever problems I had. Justus told me when I purchased the car to contact... him if I had any problems. I was hesitant to complain but they did not get upset and fixed my problem asap. The next time I go car shopping you can bet I will return to Vision Hyundai.
They are amazing here. Vincent went above and beyond to get my boyfriend and I approved for a vehicle. He had a wide selection of vehicles lined up for... us that were in our price range before we even showed up for our meeting. We drove off the lot happy and I love our Santa Fe more and more everyday. I can't wait to buy our next vehicle from them!

I absolutely enjoyed the process of buying a car from this dealership in comparison to others. They honored the price which they mentioned on their website... when I saw it for a cheaper deal.

Make sure you ask for a detailed list of your costs. They will add in $1000 for Zeibart and not bother to tell you before . We only found out because we... pressured them for an interest rate, which they didn't want to give us either. Out sales person got annoyed with us when we could come to an agreement on the price, and let us walk out without any negotiation. It was the worst experience at a dealership I've had.

Went to the dealership thinking that I could speak with someone about a vehicle and was greeted rudely by a kid I went to school with Andy Eagley. The... salesman also had no sensor to the things coming out of his mouth.I also put money down on a car and then decided to go another direction and was told that the money was for a processing fee which i did not received back. So now I'm out the money that was never authorized by me as a prior fee. Would never shop at this dealership or recommend it !!!

Hyundai is a great brand. This is my 3rd vehicle. Sometimes the service lacks as far as time spent talking to customer. Last time was the first time it... took 3 calls to get an appt. First 2 messages were never replied to. Overall I totally recommend the brand and the dealer....vision Hyundai Canandaigua.
