Brown's Sales and Leasing Elkader

I had my vehicle in for an oil change and everything on that end was excellent. I also had them detail it, maybe I didn't specify what I wanted done but the time before this I had it detailed and when I got my car back I thought I was getting into a new car, well not the case this time. Dust still all over dash. I brought it to customer service and he took it down but still wasn't dusted very well when he brought it back. I did pay the extra for the detail.

Brown's is a great place to purchase and service my vehicles. Top notch in personnel, communications, and facility! Very accommodating in all aspects.

As always we were very pleased with the service we received at Browns for our vehicles. Mark had his truck looked at and the repair was made quickly and efficiently. We were offered a loaner vehicle to use while the repairs were made and the driver returned the truck to us the same day. We have purchased 4 vehicles from Browns Sales and Leasing in the past 3 years for our family and have always had a great experience from the sales team to the service department.

On my scheduled appointment yesterday to get the oil changed in my Jeep, I received a friendly greeting from Ron and the vehicle was promptly taken to the service bay. The oil was changed, the tires were rotated free of charge and when that was done I had an oil change coupon for a $5.00 discount and I had a discount for prior service work making my total bill less than $20. I don't think it gets any better than that.

Very much a customer oriented establishment. You want it, they will do what they need to do to find a way to make it happen. I have been extremely pleased with their ability to always out-do themselves each and every time! The building and parking lot is always clean and orderly; each and every staff member acknowledges your existence, whether they are working with you or not; and when getting a vehicle repaired they always, always keep you informed of what they are doing and what they recommend getting done in the future.

We had a great experience with Greg Cummer he did a great job we bought a dodge journey 2014 he did explain everything that we needed to know about the suv we got all the rebates that was out there we really enjoyed our experience with Brown in Elkader Ia we would come back again Thank You Ed&Tina Jennings

The people were friendly and I got my jeep in fast and done in great time. I am really gald the elkader shop does detailing so I don't have to take my jeep elsewhere . Job was great
