Inspection, winter tires onto new wheels/rims and mounted replacing current non-snow weather tires. Quick, thorough and pleasant. Comparable costs actually.... Since I didn't put TPMs on wheels/rims, light showed up. Didn't know what it was. Called, they got me in as soon as I got there and figured out what the issue was within minutes (new type of 'idiot' light--person on phone didn't know what it meant) and explained issue. Thank you service dept.

I happened to see a truck that i liked the color of so I stopped in there to just look knowing that I still had a loan on my previous vehicle and that... I would not be buying anything any time soon. Michael McConnon was the sales rep at Shepard Ford that I dealt with. He answered all the questions that I was asking straight forward. If it was not for him I would have not been back sitting in front of his desk signing papers to buy my 2016 F150. Michael was not pushy, he listened to me about previous experiences and if anything went wrong, Michael made sure to make it right for me. I will always do business with Michael and Shepard Ford if he stays there. Bill that is the financing person was amazing also. He listened to my concerns and had no doubt in his mind that I would not get approved. My experience was great and the best truck shopping experience I would ask for.

After duscussing my needs for my repair and talking to service rep about the size of my family and my needs for a loaner vehicle due to repairs they adsured... me they had a vehicle and when I arrived to drop off my vehicle (ford expedition) they took it upon themselves to give me a ford focus. When i called to ask why. They called me a liar (TAYLOR AND MARK) I said that they record there conversations i did tell them my needs and that my warranty covers the cost of the loaner so why would they take it upon themselves to give me a vehicle that I can't fity family in on a holiday weekend. Then the owner Tom got involved anf i quickly understood that the apples don't fall far from the tree

Only concern I had was that it took several visits to address the issue with my truck. Otherwise, I have been thoroughly satisfied with all work preformed... in the past.

Bought cars here for 30 years .was looking at new truck. Saw internet price so I stopped in with trade. After everything the price came back over 2k higher... than Internet and that was with trade in. Service in past was poor on my other truck which they put in 7 alternators within 18 months. Took truck to local guy and fixed it with a new pcm. No problems now with blown alternators. Poor customer loyalty. Done with them.
