    Maurice Pushee - my sales associate was fantastic- he was very quick and efficient in finding the vehicle I wanted - when the vehicle was delivered he was excellent in explaining and showing me all the new technology in my new Escape! Truly a great experience from start to finishing up with the finance person. Maurice is a pleasure to deal with and presented himself in a very professional and courteous manner- a pleasant surprise as I had been to another Ford dealership 2 weeks before and did not have a good experience.

    I have purchased many Automobiles through the years and far too often it proved to be painful. This time I felt like I was a VIP. No joke--for real. Very caring and professional staff. Really heard my needs and limitations. No pressure was to be had. One of their drivers picked me up as I needed a ride. Very pleasant experience. They covered A thru Z with me resulting in success as all went very well. The result--I got what I wanted and needed. Thank you All for a fantastic experience .I thought old fashioned caring for your customer was a thing of the past- not so my friends.

    We traded our smaller truck in for a larger one. We did not feel pressured at all. We felt the price and rebates were excellent. We got an excellent value for our trade and they printed the same Kelly blue book value that I have found. Overal the easiest experience. We are returning customers. I get all of our work done in their service department for our other car and they are always excellent to me.

    Worst service I have ever received at a car dealership. Manager was extremely rude and refused to we'll us a car. I cannot understand how this establishment is still in business when they are so blatantly rude. Would not even speak to us about getting a decent price. Would not recommend anyone to waste their time coming here.

    When the dealer we bought our F-150 from was bought by Rountree, we were warned that they were a high pressure, ethically challenged dealership. Since we tend to get our service from a Ford dealer, if there's one nearby, we decided to give the new management a try. We have been increasingly pleased with their service and integrity as we have continued to work with them. Most recently, we had a vexing problem with a fuel injector and and a leak in the power steering fluid. Both were quickly completed with plenty of explanation, showing us exactly what and where the problem was. We'd particularly like to mention service rep. Dave Gates, and to thank him for his guidance. Furthermore, Howard, the driver of the van took us home and picked us up when the work was completed. He is always pleasant and a good companion on the drives. We look forward to buying our next vehicle there.

    The service department is totally incompetent. This place is unbelievable and by far the worst experience we have ever had at any dealership or other garage. Basically we asked them to fix our car horn and inspect the car. They said it needed new balljoints so we agreed to that. Then they called and said "all set to go, everything is fixed and the car is inspected". The Cashier gleefully said the same thing, and so we paid over 1000.00. While driving out the yard, it was noticed there was no inspection sticker on it, and the horn did not work. The dealership admitted making a mistake, but would not reverse the charges on our card. In fact they wanted to charge additional money to fix the horn, as they knew it needed a part to be ordered to actually fix the horn. So we wasted our time trying to pick up a car that wasn't fixed yet, wasn't inspected, and took our money under the pretense that it was all done. When we asked to reverse the charges on the card, until they "really, really fixed the horn" they would not do so. They said, something along the lines of "Oh we will reverse the charges, AFTER you pay us again." Are you kidding me???? This place is a joke.

    Rountree Ford Lincoln has already apologized to Mrs. Johnson for our staff's miscommunication regarding the installation of a replacement horn assembly that would allow her 2005 Mustang to pass inspection. Our Service Advisor had understood that the technician installed the horn and completed the inspection to the vehicle, while the technician was only able to order the part necessary to complete the repair and could not complete the New Hampshire State Inspection that was requested. The service advisor closed out the repair order not realizing that the entire job was not completed and called the Johnson's indicating that the repairs were completed. The technician did complete the repair to replace the ball joints in the vehicle and the alignment that is required after any type of ball joint replacement. If the ball joints were replaced without performing an alignment, then the front tires would be subject to improper wear, since the proper toe, camber and castor settings for the front tires would not be accurate. We understand why Mrs. Johnson would not be able to feel any type of symptoms that her vehicle would require ball joint replacement, as the manufacturer's tolerance for movement is minimal in this type of repair. The actual measurement when ball joints are required to be replaced is .3 mm, and with a 2005 Ford Mustang, it is just a matter of time that the rubber wear components of the vehicle will require replacement. We can also understand that the repairs are quite expensive and since the customer could not actually feel or recognize that their vehicle had a problem, the shock of such a large invoice is alarming. After the Johnson's retrieved their vehicle and realized that the horn and State Inspection had not been completed, they did return to our facility to find out what had actually been repaired. After a very brief discussion with our technician and service advisor, we recognized the miscommunication and apologized for our error. Since the horn was not installed and had to be ordered, there was no charge for the horn on the original repair order and in order to attempt to make up for our mistake, we installed the horn the following day at no charge, including both parts and labor. Once the repairs were completed, our reconditioning staff cleaned and fueled the vehicle for the Johnson's. We had hoped that the Johnson's understood that our staff of over 50 people does make mistakes but if given the opportunity, we go above and beyond to correct the error and regain the customer's trust in the end. According to Mrs. Johnson's comments, it does not appear to be this way in this case. When it comes to satisfying a customer, we never "Joke" around, as Mrs. Johnson indicated in her comments. I can only hope that Mrs. Johnson does eventually come to the conclusion that we do care for each and every one of our customers and have now completed the repairs to her vehicle in a professional manner.

    The 1999 cadillac I purchased via email & phone with 86000 miles on it was as clean & solid as they said it is.They delivered to me in Oxford,Me. with no extra charge. The only issue is that I was told that it had heated seats and turned out not to be the case. Over all it was a pleasant experience overall.
