Amazing Customer

Will and Rachel were outstanding. Will is the main reason I continue to us you as a repair shop. I live In Wayland and pass a shop to drive 30 minutes just because I know I can trust Will. Rachel help me by staying open a few minutes late so I can get my vehicle back that day.

Good service.

Mitch was very pleasant to work with. I found it quite questionable that an oil change and tire rotation could all be done in less than 15 minutes .

Great service, good coffee

John Wheeler always takes such good care of me. He's ready for my appointment and gets my service done well and promptly. And the coffee was good, too!

Great service

My service was done pretty quickly while I waited. I appreciated the Ford Rewards were applied to the service. It didn't me anything money wise.

Efficient and professional service from start to finish

Sopha is always pleasant and professional. Very knowledgeable about my vehicle issue. Technician was thorough inspection and gave reasonable instructions to fix now or wait.

Oil change and tire rotation

Great customer service. Great waiting area, and the turn around time was very quick. This is the only place I would take my car for service.

Amazing Service

Excellent experience, efficient and friendly. The wait was no more than 20 minutes in which time I sat in a very nice lounge while I waited for my car and then was ready to leave.
