My car was in storage and the battery had died.

My car was in storage and the battery had died. Managed to get it to the dealership while it was closed and dropped off my car and key. They were able to get to my car and diagnosed it that day and we were able to pick it up the next day.

Once it was determined I was eligible for the recall

Once it was determined I was eligible for the recall repair, a part was ordered and the repair when quickly. I love the staff in the service department.

Jerry Mitchell was excellent!

Jerry Mitchell was excellent!! He greeted me promptly, opened the door to waiting room for me, explained what he was planning to do for my repairs. He diagnosed the problem and checked over any other possible problems. Service was finished in good time and repairs and other additions to my needs are exactly what I had hoped for. He and Fox Mazda deserve 5+ stars!!!

The service manager (Erin?) came to me and advised that I could go another 1,000 miles before a service appt was actually needed. How refreshing. I told her that with my schedule I needed to fit it in when I could.
