The Service Rep was ready for me at my appointment time. He was very friendly and explained the process. He showed me to the Showroom for coffee and a place to wait. I was kept informed of the process via text message. Very well organized and quick service.

Dent Mender was great in fixing my car.
Dent Mender was great in fixing my car. I was very happy with what he accomplished. I would recommend to anyone who wants to get dents in their car repaired like it never was there at all, to come make an appointment on Wednesday mornings, to come see him.

I was looking at a used car here.
I was looking at a used car here. They said it passed all of their inspections and was good to go. Took it to my mechanic and found a strut was covered in grime and it was overdue for a water pump and timing belt. Told that to the reps, and their best offer was to charge me $1,500 more for the car for them to fix what was wrong with it and said that the belt showed no cracking even though it was 3k overdue, but didn't mention the bad strut or how that passed. I declined the offer and thanked them over text for their time anyway, and never got a polite response in closing.

Apaya, Neco, and Matt were EXCELLENT. I had been suffering through a bad customer service rep at a different Mazda for months until I called the Fox dealership on a whim. From the moment my husband made that first phone call until I had the keys in my hand -- the experience was perfection. Mazdas have been excellent cars - but I know I can go anywhere to get a nice car. Service is what matters to me and Fox Mazda provides professional, luxury service -- while making me feel like I'm "a part of the family." Top notch all around. I will be recommending Fox Mazda to my friends and family.

Great service.
Everything. Great service made an appointment for an open recall. Craig reached out and told me they can send out the mobile service to perform the recall. Scheduled a mobile service and they came and in less the 15 minutes it was done. Awesome service
