Excellent customer care

I just loathe vehicle maintenance, but it's one of those chores that you have to do. Will was my service advisor for this visit and he made this experience as quick and painless as possible. I wouldn't bring my vehicle to anyone else but him.

basic oil change with tire rotation

I arrived at the express lane early to get in without a long wait and it worked well. also the person who checked me in was super friendly. He came to get me in the waiting room because my phone was on silent.

The mechanic came to my house! He knew what to do for the recall, had the parts and fixed it I my drive.

Worth the Drive

Keith, true to his name, rocked! Great phone presence, came in on his day off, and had things ready to go for us to bring my new to me car home four days later. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Definitely made driving down from Northern Michigan worth it.
