Our third Forester, the best yet
We love these little cars. They are perfect for where we live as we need AWD. The last two were completely dependable and comfortable. My only complaint is the silver finish on the surrounds for the dash air vents as these reflect in the window and passing mirror. This was not so on our 2015, where they were not finished in silver. However I love the car. The dealership is excellent and the sales person the same for the last three purchases. She could not be better!

Great Dealership, Friendly, Pet Friendly too!
I was also given the opportunity to preview the Ascent when they had a demo model at their dealership. They took the time to go over all of the features on the demo car. When it came to the purchase of this SUV they did work hard to try to be sure that myself and my family were happy. This dealership is over an hour away from us (as there are a few dealerships closer) but this dealership is worth the drive. Adam in finance was great! Also Thanks to Mike, Craig, and Derek who also helped us get our Ascent. Adam was very kind and was able to get us the best financing rate! All of the staff were friendly. This dealership is also dog-friendly which is another great quality I love about Subaru. If you're looking to get into a Subaru in NH/VT/MA this is the place to go! Also, if you have recently purchased the Ascent or thinking about getting one, Subaru has a special offer to those who purchased/leased the Ascent. They have a Subaru Starlink Package with 2- 32GB i-pads, 2 Bluetooth Harmen Kardon Headphones, and 2 Otterbox cases. This package is well worth the cost and the sound quality of the blue tooth headphones are incredible! Your family members can be entertained while going on longer trips.

Dealer informed me of the nature of my problem during a routine maintenance visit. Set me up with a second appointment asap Did the job and Am now driving a safe car I will return to dealership for next scheduled appointment

I have not had the best experiences at the dealership I purchased my vehicle from. I shop in Keene occasionally and when I contacted your dealership about the replacement air bag I was told you could order one for me whereas the other dealership said they were out and indicated that the replacement air bags were being sent to the southern states first and they had no time frame as to when they would be receiving any more.... Your employees were friendly and the replacement air bag was installed quickly. Kelsey Chabot was a pleasure to work with. Thank you!

purchase of 2012 impreza
we recently purchased a 2012 impreza from this dealership, the salesman, Derek Winchester was a pleasure to deal with, follow up was excellent and we're very happy with the car! Not only with this purchase, but a salesman noticed I had a screw in my car tire (not the one we purchased) and the dealership repaired my tire at No Charge.

We have purchased 3 vehicles from Subaru of Keene and have been so pleased with our sales person Kathy Kelly that when our parents were in the market for another Subaru I brought them to Subaru of Keene. Our parents live in Sunapee and on one of their visits to us their first Subaru purchased at another dealer had a tire light come on. They pulled into the service area at almost closing time and the crew took care of it at no charge and had them on their way. We cannot say enough nice things about everyone at Subaru of Keene for our salesperson Kathy Kelly, Dan the finance man, Penny and Justin in service, all are professionally trained and pleasant to do business with.

Great buying experiance and Great service
I stopped by this dealer on my way home from a meeting in MA, more to check out the dealer than the cars since I had already made up my mind on an Impreza. The sales staff was helpful and at no time pressured me into buying. They spent extra time to discuss the options available and allowed me to test drive several cars, even though it was well past their usual closing time. They are very up front about everything. Check out their web site, it has base prices and options of everything you can think of, and that was the price I ended up paying. Compare that with other dealers. No haggling at all! Needless to say I filled out all the paperwork that night, and picked the car up the following weekend. Three years and 85,000 miles later I still bring my Impreza to Subaru of Keene even though there are 16 other Subaru dealers that are closer (according to this web site). I have never felt that a dealer is more on my side and wants to keep my car running well and safe. Of all the dealers I have been to, this is the only one that I didn't feel ripped off by after I leave the shop.
