    Went there 3 times and never got to look at a car. One time they say down with us and went over some options, and we left without seeing amy cars because it was close to closing time. The next time they said to make an appointment,because a car we were interested in wasn't ready. The third time we made an appointment through the internet, and they were closed when we got there for the appointment. We got a car elsewhere after that.

    Don't take your car there for repair. You will be told it is electrical at first then they'll replace that part then they'll call you back and tell you it something else in addition to the electrical and they'll replace that part in the meantime they hold your car hostage for a week and your total bill comes to over $800. Warning you're better off going to a mom and pop auto repair .

    Bought a car here in the past and had a good experience. However my last 2 vehicle purchases I stopped in here but ended up leaving and buying somewhere else. They act like they could care less about selling a car.

    This is the second time I've had a terrible experience at Al Serra service department. My family has spent $50,000 in the last year with the purchase of 2 vehicles and service repair for my daughters car. I will not not be retuning nor would I recommend anyone to go there.

    I made an appointment to bring in my Chrysler 300S for warranty work, LOF and tire rotation with Howard T for an 8 am drop-off on Thursday. I showed at 8am and I provided Howard with the needed service bulletin for the repair. I was provided with a free loaner for the day (or longer) at no charge from Enterprise who are on site (nice) who provided me with a new 2500 Dodge Ram Truck. The Warranty repair was a simple flash of the computer system and we all know how long an LOF & tire rotation take. At Close of business on Thursday, no call from the service department or feedback so I assumed the service bulletin that "I" supplied was incorrect? Friday I called Howard at 10am and left a VM. He returned my call at 10:29 am and said that the warranty work had been done per the bulletin I had supplied and that the LOF & tires would be done in an hour (11:30). At 1:00 I drove to the dealership (no call) and Howard said I "was next on the rack". After waiting until 2:30 I went into the service area and Howard was not there but another rep Dion gladly took my complaint and went to check the status of my car as I had to leave for a 3:00 appointment which I needed the car for as I was driving clients around town. Howard returned to inform me that my car had the warranty work done but the LOF and tires had not even been touched yet. I asked how that could possibly be? He explained that because I had made an appointment and as a drop off, others that had come in after me were pushed ahead of me as those customers were waiting. When I told him I had been waiting an hour and a half in the "customer Lounge" he had no answer except to offer me a free LOF and rotation the next time I was in? Are your Kidding me "Next Time" I will go to another dealership or a 10 minute oil change place! I got the keys to my car and since I was now late for my 3:00 (which the client cancelled on me because I was late) I came back into the dealership and asked for the Service Manager (cant remember his name) and I explained the above to him to him. He was totally clueless on "how this could have happened?" Well isn't that his job to ensure customer satisfaction? I work in customer care everyday, If it were me, I would have drove the car back to the bay myself and had the techs do the LOF and tires in the whole 10 minutes it takes to do it. His solution was "come back another day and he would take of me" ... Yea no chance of that. He could have cared less about me. Never again will I take a car to AL SERRA but will be more than happy to tell everyone I know of the great service they have.
