Quick, honest, enjoyable

The entire purchasing process was very organized. When we showed up our car was warmed up and ready for a test drive. The entire process from hand shake to purchase was the fastest I've every experienced. This included financing approval, registration and my 30 minute test drive. Joe Tottingham and his supervisor were a great team and answered our questions quickly and honestly. Every penny of the purchase was explained in detail. Furthermore, Joe did a fabulous job on the phone before we even met. This fact along with the honesty and low price is what convinced me to drive an hour to your location. My wife and I are very happy and will return to Al Serra for our next vehicle purchase.

Great service, friendly and knowledgeable staff

Being able to email all my concerns and needed information to my sales person )Adam Keplinger) was a great tool. I was able to take a test drive of the vehicle of was considering, dealership worked with me on interest rate/payments, they gave me what I needed for my trade in. A very nice experience.

I recommend Al Serra to everyone. I get great service. I had a colleague who did not know about your shuttle service. You are close to our work and she was going to some dealership far away. She has a Malibu like me. Now she is coming to you.

Great Dealership

PaPa is a great salesman and enjoyed talking to him again, the complex is clean and comfortable. This is my second CTS Coupe and there is a good reason for that, it is one great car and it is Michigan made.

Great service never tries to upsell

It's always a good experience working with Josh Carroll... I trust him, have purchased three cars off of him. And I know I do not get taken advantage of on pricing with him... And he never tries to sell me something that I don't want... Always a great experience!

Great service

I think Fred Wallace did a great job of trying to make me happy, meet my needs, answer questions and keep me aware of what was going on during a very frustrating time with a new vehicle. Jason Seyfied did a great job as he always does. I feel that I was treated fairly and the buying process was open and above board. I have purchased 6 vehicles from Al Serra and will buy me next one as well. In my opinion they are an honest company that tries to do their best in both sales and service.

I DID NOT LIKE THE WAY A SALES MAN AT CADILLAC DEALERSHIP TOOK CARE OF ME. VERY PUCHEY. I THOUGHT HE WAS VERY AREGENT THE WAY HE TALK TO ME. I MAY BE GOING SOME WHERE ELSE TO BUY A NEW CADILLAC. THE SALES MAN WAS SEAN WHITE. I CANT BELIVE THIS GUY IS A SALES MAN?
