    We took our Elantra in for an engine knock. They said it was in the top of the engine and replaced the entire top end. When we picked it up, it was still... doing the same thing. I had told them about a known issue with that particular engine and they chose not to listen. Got the car home and saw that the oil had been way overfilled, presumably to try and hide the knocking sound. Took the car back a couple days later and they said a knock was normal. I asked why it hadn't knocked before 75,000 miles and they had no answer. They refused to look at the engine any further. Took the car to another Hyundai dealer who diagnosed the problem as the identical thing I told Randy Wise. They replaced the entire engine at no charge and also told me about a class action lawsuit that would reimburse me for the seized engine in my Sonata, which Randy Wise had replaced and charged me almost $5000.

    HAD A BRAKE PROBLEM ON LINCOLN .HAVE HAD ISSUES IN PAST WITH SERVICE MANAGEMENT. BUT NEW SERVICE MANAGER JENNIFER WHARRAM IS DOING THE JOB RIGHT AS HER... SUPERIORS WOULD WANT HER TO DO.AND FULLY RECEPTIVE TO OUR NEEDS..SHE PUT US IN A NEW LINCOLN LIKE OURS AND ORDERED PARTS. JENNIFER WILL DO WHAT IT TAKES TO ACCOMADATE.AS SHE HELPED US LATER ON A FOLLOW UP DURING THE CORONA LIMITED SERVICE TIME...

    I walked in there so stressed out from auto theft but I walked out of Randy Wise so relieved that everything's gonna be OK. I had a Hyundai ELANTRA for... four years and it was stolen from me. It was devastating. I walked out with a Hyundai Tucson with a huge smile on my face and everything was gonna be OK I highly recommend Bill Bond . He made it happen and I'm happy with the cost. Bill Bond has a warm smile and a gentle tone. Mr.Bond is a quick problem solver and patient. The other staff were also friendly and I did not feel pressured. The transition went smoothly. Thank you Mr.Bond!

    The agent Bill Bond went over and beyond and met all my needs. The experience of working with him was amazing from my first phone conversation to when... I drove off with my SUV. This is my second purchase from your dealership and I would return to purchase any car in the future.

    The agent, Daniel Durand, was enthusiastic and met our needs. He came way out to the parking lot when we first came to shop for our car. He was honest... and helpful with a sincere smile and conversation. He found the Ionic Blue Hybrid that satisfied our search, and it was in a great color - scarlet red. He gave us the best discount deal possible.
