Sorry Service Department

We took our Elantra in for an engine knock. They said it was in the top of the engine and replaced the entire top end. When we picked it up, it was still doing the same thing. I had told them about a known issue with that particular engine and they chose not to listen. Got the car home and saw that the oil had been way overfilled, presumably to try and hide the knocking sound. Took the car back a couple days later and they said a knock was normal. I asked why it hadn't knocked before 75,000 miles and they had no answer. They refused to look at the engine any further. Took the car to another Hyundai dealer who diagnosed the problem as the identical thing I told Randy Wise. They replaced the entire engine at no charge and also told me about a class action lawsuit that would reimburse me for the seized engine in my Sonata, which Randy Wise had replaced and charged me almost $5000.

If you want to pay 2-4 times what is reasonably...

Charges too much. Manager said you pay for their training and certification. If a job takes 1/2 hour, they will charge 2 1/2 if their book says that is how long it should take.

First Used Car Amazing Service from Wendy Hosea

After owning my car for little over three months now I can officially say I'm in love with it. The car handles perfectly. With it being my first "new" car I wanted to wait until the honey-moon phase was over and it still amazes me every time I push the button to start my car! Wendy was an amazing saleswoman, step by step the whole way with her attention to detail, her willingness to be patient with me and my family as we toured the cars on the lot and with helping me find the car that truly fits me. I will definitely recommend people to you guys and definitely to Wendy!

Amazing Service Frome Wendy Hosea

After getting over the honey-moon phase of buying my first “new” car I can safely say that everytime I enter the car I love it. From the Bluetooth technology to how the vehicle runs it’s just perfect. I have to definitely thank Wendy for her outstanding customer service, the patience that she had with me in getting the car ready, to helping me with the buying process she definitely went above and beyond and I definitely have to thank her for that! You guys have a real gem! We will definitely use her for future vehicle purchases!

Not too pleased

I went here looking for a used car. I worked with Wendy and also Mark. I was showed a 2007 G6 and I didn't want the car it was Rusty and not what I wanted over a couple of days, They were putting together a "deal" Mark said if I got the car they would love 2 yr warranty that I later found out cost me 1,700 bucks. Then my transmission is shipping and they say there is nothing wrong but there is. no car should jerk when switching gears. I'm just not happy at all!!!

WENDY HOSEA IS THE BEST IN THE BUSINESS!!!!!!!!!!!

WHERE can I start? I have bought many many cars over the years and I was referred to Wendy due to other dealers not wanting to take the time to stop and help. Not Wendy she was on point from the start told her what exactly I needed to have and a few hrs later she found it. Went to dealer 1.5 hrs later I am driving home!! WHAT!! last new car i bought I spent 6 hrs in the dealer. I will nor should you deal with anyone else than Wendy Hosea!! I couldn't of went better. Thank you, Matt

We made a wise choice!

We looked at autos with 4 dealerships. Randy Wise Hyundai and our salesman Joe Cantu made it an easy choice for us. Joe is fun to work with and very professional. When we arrived for our test drive, he had the car at the front door ready to go! Highly recommend that you ask for Joe Cantu!
