Called the dealership about a car they had listed.

Called the dealership about a car they had listed. When I asked for the VIN number, and additional information, all of a sudden the car was sold. I was then directed to another vehicle that was for sale. Bait and Switch? Or, there were issues with the VIN lookup? Either way, this is why buyers are avoiding dealerships.

I truly appreciated the professionalism of Mr.

I truly appreciated the professionalism of Mr. Grisanti, he was always available without being intrusive. He provided other options for purchase but when I made my decision he was quick to react. As far as the dealership they are world class and provide all the amenities one looks for when purchasing a vehicle.

Restrooms could be cleaner.

Restrooms could be cleaner. Other than that the facilities were ok. A bit chilly on the waiting room as well. Everyone there was very nice and helpful

Had a great experience leasing at Cappellino! Justin Buccarelli helped me out and was beyond helpful and knowledgeable. His customer service was on point and did everything he could to find the perfect fit for all my leasing needs! I’ve had my 2025 Buick Encore for a couple of weeks now and couldn’t be happier. 10/10 recommend!

Justin was great to work with.

Justin was great to work with. He communicated very well and even dropped off the floor mats to my house because they came in the day after I picked up my new truck.

Third time I have dealt with Tim Wrotny when getting a new lease. He gets to know his customers and their needs to make sure they are completely satisfied. in addition, the service department is great about keeping customers informed about their vehicle. Great staff all around!
