You don't work on motorhome and it's a Ford it needs a fuel pump and your sed no we don't fix them you guys suck
I WENT IN TO LOOK AT JEEP, AND I WAS MET WITH COMMENT THAT HE HADE TWO OTHER PEOPLE LOOKING AND CAR AND I SHOULD MAKE A DEAL BEFORE I LEAVE OR LEAVE A DEPOSIT. I WAS VERY MUCH INTERESTED IN JEEP, BUT THE USED CAR MANAGER DID NOT WANT TO TAKE MY SMALL DEPOSIT TO BE ABLE TO MAKE A DEAL. I HAD TO DO MY OWN FINACING AND HAVE BOYFRIEND CHECK VEHICLE OUT. WHEN MY DEPOSIT $ WAS TURNED DOWN, I WAS IRRIATED AND LEFT. THE ONLY GOOD THING THAT HAPPENED WAS THE CHERYL IN FINANCING HELPED ME WITH A FEW QUESTIONS. I AM SURE THEY WANTED SALESMANS SISTER TO GET FIRST DIBBS ON JEEP ANYWAYS. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP!

To be fair to everyone, our policy is to not accept a deposit without a commitment if there is another party interested in the vehicle at the same time. We definitely understand not being able to make a decision at the time, and welcome anyone to take our vehicles to a third-party mechanic or pursue their own financing. Unfortunately, we can't hold a vehicle during that time unless a commitment is made to purchase.
Superb experience in purchasing a CPO.

Left MUCH to be desired...
Contacted the dealership through a web listing, then made the 45 min drive to come and check out a car in person. Was highly disappointed by the experience. The car had a rancid stench pouring out the windows as they had them open, probably in an effort to air it out before I got there to look at it. Then the salesperson greeted me, but didn't even really try to get my interest on a different vehicle on the lot. Didn't ask questions to know where I stand and what I might be able to get. Just let me walk away and become a negative voice for their dealership. Would not recommend at this point as I did try and reach back out to a sales manager to rectify the situation, and they were never heard from again.
took car in to find a short and get alignment done. $529 ok. then when it's done and ready to pick up the shifter is messed up and won't go into drive right. worked just fine when I had it but now they want another$1100 to replace parts.

I hate buying a car. The process takes way too long and it can be painful. I felt that although I spent quite a long time at the dealership, they were willing to work with me to make a fair deal.
Love everything about Signature Ford, everyone is so friendly and helpful. Calm and welcoming setting (unlike other dealerships I've been to). The Service Department goes way above and beyond!!!! I love the fact that they will pick up and drop off my vehicle for maintenance, I don't have to miss any work or spend a day off sitting and waiting. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a vehicle!!!!!!
