not worth the drive

Drove an hour to see a car that had four problems they would only drop the price by three hundred dollars. I understand they need to make money but they wanted top dollar for a car with problems .

Just disappointed

Our 2017 Escape was in for a small accident. Took 2 weeks due to a back ordered part, not Imlay City Fords fault. My issues with them though include multiple non returned phone calls, they promised a vehicle to drive and never came through, rude customer service when I could get my service guy on the phone, and they left greasy hand prints all over the inside of my car. I will not be back.

Extremely helpful

Everyone I dealt with here was extremely helpful and knowledgeable throughout the car buying process. They knew exactly what I was looking for and made sure they had a truck in stock that fit all of my requests. Would highly recommend this dealership

Exceeded our expectations!

We purchased a 2016 Ford Edge with low miles from Imlay City Ford. This is not the first and won't be the last purchase. Delilah Bringard has given us, and those that we refer to her, excellent service and exceeded our expectations. She is the definition of a sales expert. She assesses your needs and desires, then exceeds your expectations. The dealership and service department are wonderful. Our car had a service bulletin on the touch screen. The appointment was made at our convenience and we were given a brand new, loaded vehicle to drive while it was being serviced. Every part of each transaction with this dealer is made easy by their willingness to do what is needed to satisfy the customer. I highly recommend this dealer and Delilah to anyone considering a purchase; and the service team to anyone needing their services.

Living Nightmare. Ford Motor Company should be ashamed

I do not normally post things like this, but I am left with no choice. I was so excited to purchase a new-to-me vehicle. I went to Imlay City Ford because I thought they were a reputable dealer. I instantly fell in love with a 2013 Ford Edge. It was a newer car and didn’t even have 45,000 miles on it. Sounds like a great deal, right? WRONG! This car has been a complete NIGHTMARE. I noticed there was issues with it within owning it for not even a full week. I will have over $1,000 in repairs done for the car before I even make my first car payment. Not only that, my mechanic has let me know that the entire underneath of my car is rusted! For being only 5 years old and low mileage, it should not be rusted. Nor should the dealership feel good about themselves at selling me the car at a price of “mint” condition. I have called the dealership and expressed my anger and disappointment in the products they pride themselves in selling, and they simply have said, “well, had you brought it back to us to look at it, we could have worked out a deal, but since you didn’t, there is nothing we can do for you”. From being excited to have a new-to-me vehicle, this has been the WORST experience. It is an absolute shame that this is even acceptable, and even more of shame that the men I have spoken to pride themselves in this type of service. I will NEVER give them my business ever again. I am putting this out here for anyone that is looking to buy a new or used car. Save yourself the hassle, and do not even consider dealing with the salesmen at Imlay City Ford.

Great Price, Great Servic!

Very happy with Imlay City Ford. Both the new truck price and trade-in value were better than anyone in our area. The only service that I've used is oil change/tire rotation. In both cases, the service was performed quickly while I relaxed with a book in their customer lounge.
