    Joeski was the agent who worked with us. He was very accommodating in assisting us in find the car that suit our need. we are pleased with our Eco-Sport.... Kimberly, Kayle, and Larry were also very helpful and attentive.

    Made an 11:00 appointment for their .99 state inspection special (first time doing so). I dropped my car off at 11 on the dot, and someone came to pick... me up. Before I left I asked how long, in which they responded "about an hour." I was gone for an hour and 40 minutes before I got dropped off. As I returned I noticed my car in the same spot, and figured it was done. NOPE! The guy told me it wasn't even looked at yet! Here I am still waiting (it's almost 1:30 now). I also am sitting in their waiting room with 2 children whose father works here with no other adult in the room. If you advertise a .99 inspection special, I know it might be difficult when you're not making money off it, but atleast treat your customers right. I'd rather go to my regular mechanic and pay more money than wait 2.5 hours to get my car inspected.

    I had an appointment for an oil change and it took over an hour and a half. I realize this isn't a jiffy lube but an appointment is an appointment.Won't... be bringing it back service at that dealer in the future.

    Purchased my second vehicle there. BIG MISTAKE. I paid $550 to have the undercoating done. 2 months later they still refuse to supply me with the required... documentation that it was done. This past week the Sales Representative told me to crawl under my car to see if it was darker !!!!! I can only assume by their reluctance to provide the paperwork that it was ever done. They also cannot remove the residue from my windsheild that had the promotional writing on it. $550 down the drain . Terrible experience.

    Very good experience with the state inspection of my car. Feedback from the inspection was excellent. I didn't like the waiting room, though, but took... a nap anyway.
