This place is so unprofessional sales are awesome but service is a xxxx show don’t go here go to Wally’s down the road much nicer people and they have free coffee while you wait for your car browns sucks they have no class and treat customers as if they have no money do better Browns Ford of Amsterdam

Great experience with Josh my sales guy! I'm sorry I forgot the name of my finance guy but he was good too! Also Alison was really nice and great! They treated me well and I would recommend buying from there! I feel like I got a fair deal. However, so far my experience with service is not the best. I probably will not go there for my service but time will tell. They wanted to charge me an outrageous amount just to activate my trailer brake controller! Takes like a few minutes. I already had it installed. Plus I'm having a hard time finding out what service was done prior to purchase so I can know when to get my oil changed. I do love my truck though!
