My wife and I went in to test drive a vehicle after researching in depth what we wanted. Dennis approaches us after we got to the dealership and was very accommodating to what we wanted to test drive. He had the next vehicles ready to go once we got back to the dealership, making it very easy to tell the difference between the vehicles we were test driving. He asked all the right questions and made sure we were making a decision we were comfortable with. Dennis made the entire car buying experience very easy. He was a breath of fresh air after we had a terrible experience with another dealership. I highly recommend seeing Dennis for your next car purchase!

I've purchased 2 vehicles from Kayser in the last 5 months and my experience both times was great. Alfred is super responsive and keeps the process moving. He took the time to thoroughly go over the vehicles i was purchasing which was really helpful. Vik in finance was always prepared and made the process as efficient as possible. Great to work with.

Outstanding customer service. My credit history is not...

Outstanding customer service. My credit history is not the best and Ephraim went above and beyond to get me into my new 2020 Ford Fusion. He and Dennis Balczewski are both awesome. Will definitely recommend Kayser to all of my friends. My family knows how great they are at Kayser too.

Tim Gillham was outstanding to work with.

I got to the dealership late, as they were just closing. Tim saw me looking at a vehicle and stayed to answer all my questions. He was very helpful. I returned the next day and he made closing the deal effortless and enjoyable. I had years earlier bought a vehicle from him and can say he has consistently been nothing but professional, helpful and a pleasure to do business with.

Another outstanding purchase

We purchased our lease end Explorer from Kayser. No brainer since the truck was as nice as the day we first leased it. The paperwork was done remotely to save time thanks to Efren. Thank you for an easy and seamless transaction. Highly recommend this dealership.

Great experience with Dennis

My husband and I needed to buy a used car and we were with Dennis Balczewski. Usually I dread buying big ticket items where sales people are paid with a commission, but Dennis wasn't pushy at all. He listened to which cars we wanted to look at, laid out the facts for us, and let us make our own decision. I highly recommend him and the dealership. The entire process was painless.

Car shopping in the time of Covid is not ideal, but the staff was masked, minimized contact, extremely responsive to communication and in general great

Was there Friday July 17 drove two hours and spent 2 1/2...

Was there Friday July 17 drove two hours and spent 2 1/2 hours at dealership test drove 2019 Ford F-150 the notified Matt I wanted the 2020 as I worked with him the sales rep next room sold it. Wednesday July 22 they approve my trade amount for the 2019 Matt takes my credit Information at 1130 am told him I call him again at 130 pm to finalize it. At this point Matt tells me again they sold the truck I wanted and tells me it sold night before but yet sales manager approves my trade amount and they have truck info for me trade down payment etc. this dealership and this sales person what a joke avoid this guy. Oh he told me he could get another truck off another’s lot what a joke shop elsewhere
