Parts department staff have been very rude multiple times

Parts department staff have been very rude multiple times now even making comments that they raised the price on parts I've needed for my fleet trucks just because I needed it.

After the sale there is only modest follow through.

After the sale there is only modest follow through. The promise of continued care and temporary replacement vehicles while your car is being serviced is very hit and miss. If there was a closer Lincoln Dealer I would check it out.

Great Service for a Great Vehicle

I drove from Brown Deer Wisconsin and just bought a 2019 Lincoln MKC Premier suv and I have to say that the sales person Mr. Alfred Hall was Amazing. He not only sold me a loaded and clean MKC he wanted to make sure that I downloaded the Lincoln App and showed me all the Great Features that this car had to offer me. I was sold when he told me it had remote start but I had no idea the many fantastic features that I didn't know existed, he pointed them out. He made sure I was okay with the figures on my contract as well as he placed my new license plates on the car. I know without a doubt that I could Not get that type of service anywhere else accept with Mr. Hall. And I must say the facility is bright and cheery and an inviting place to speak to someone about purchasing a car.

Haven’t had a rear passenger seatbelt in over 7 months

Haven’t had a rear passenger seatbelt in over 7 months due to an “incident” that occurred on their watch. Apparently it’s on back order with no foreseen ETA. Legitimate nationwide supplier issues? Yeah, probably a factor. Zero sense of urgency and lack of communication? 100% a factor.

They were advertising a 2022 Bronco for MSRP at $33,540.

They were advertising a 2022 Bronco for MSRP at $33,540. When talking to their sales team they would not honor their advertised price, and added a market adjustment of $5000, regardless of what their ad stated. Over the course of 1 week and several conversations, they would not honor their own advertised price. I contacted the DOT and a field investigator with the department of transportation found them to be in violation of state statue and took appropriate sanction to the dealership for an advertising violation. Conveniently, the Bronco was sold that same evening that the investigator contacted them. When I called and asked about it after they informed the investigator it was sold, their sales manager Nick Douglas stated that the Bronco was still available! They tell the DOT investigator that it’s sold, but then tell me that it’s not! Seems like one lie after another with Kayser. This dealer baits you in with dishonesty and doesn’t honor their own advertising. This isn’t just an opinion or misunderstanding, they were found in violation by the DOT of an advertising violation in this case.

Out of town my breaks went out, after aging them replaced at a different dealership. This dealership was the closest to my location. They were able to fine the part and repair the damage hose. Which my exteded warranty did not cover . But still good service. The only thing is that some went through my glove box pulled just about everything out and left it I. The front set. So disappointed

Remote purchase of a used 2019 F150 STX 4x4.

Armand did a bang-up job. Truck was delivered as viewed on-line. No surprises when signing paperwork remotely. There was a floor mat missing when delivered. I sent an email to Armand and I had the missing mat in days. 5 STAR approval!

my recent experience purchasing a 2017 escape

made a call to kayser used and spoke with Armand Pehi to set up a test drive for 2017 escape. He was very informative helpful. I never felt pressured. It made the purchase a pleasant experience . I would thank him and kayser staff for a pleasant process to purchasing the escape.
