Because of our distance from Kayser most of the communication was by email or phone and everything progressed seamlessly. This was my first time dealing with Kayser (I live in another State), and it was great thanks to Zach, who was awesome to work with. I never got the feeling that he was trying to pull the wool over my eyes, or make answers up on the spot. Quite a refreshing change from other experiences I've had over the years with salesmen. I'd recommend Zach and Kayser in a heartbeat. Finance guy Viktor was pleasant to deal with and efficient during the final step of purchasing my car.

Don't bother!
A WARNING TO MY FORD FRIENDS IN THE MADISON AREA! A few weeks back, my check engine light came on. When I got home I plugged in my ODBII code reader and discovered it was an O2 sensor. I called a "dealer/service center" in Madison to have it checked and get a quote for repair. They said I needed an appointment. The soonest one I could get was the following week. A week later I take my truck into the dealer and tell them that I have a P0151 code for the 02 sensor. I'd like it verified and a quote to repair. Dropped my truck off at the dealer at 7:30 a.m. At 2 pm I hadn't heard from anyone and contacted the desk where I'd dropped it off. They told me they hadn't looked at it yet (my appointment was at 7:30 a.m.) and would get to it as soon as possible. I asked, "what was my appointment for then?" They said they were swamped. I reminded them that's why I set an appointment. My truck was finally repaired and ready for me approx. 4:30 that afternoon. I was without my truck all day and I had told them what the issue was when I dropped it off at 7:30 a.m. The actual repair took less than an hour. I should have had my truck back that morning. Then to make matters worse, I was charged more than I was quoted. Next, when the driver brought it out of the shop into the parking lot, he slid off the driver's seat breaking off the electronic seat controls cover and the seat belt cover. The truck was taken back into the service bay, photos were taken, and I was told they didn't have the parts and they would have to order them. I was then told I should go home and I'd get a call when the parts were in. 2 weeks have passed. No calls, so I called the service manager. He left me a voicemail telling me the parts were on order, but they didn't have them yet and I'd get a call when they are in. "Delayed because of COVID". How is it a Ford Service center can't acquire Ford service parts? I found the parts online the same day of the incident and could have had them in 3 days. But I shouldn't have to pay for them or install them. The dealer broke them, they should make it right. 2 weeks after this happens, they still don't have the parts, or a tracking number to share with me, or any indication of when or if this will be taken care of. And all I get from "Managers" is that they are out of the office or on vacation. This is not "service"! Who's the "dealer/service center"? . . . KAYSER FORD in Madison, WI off the beltline highway. Avoid them at all costs! Horrible experience, horrible follow-up! Horrible "service"!

I had another fantastic experience at Kayser. I've purchased two vehicles from Alfred Hall and will do so again - he's knowledgeable, trustworthy and doesn't push for the hard sell. I highly recommend working with Alfred. I also had a great experience with the finance team. I don't recall the man's name, but he was quick, thorough and transparent. Great team, great experience for my new car purchase!

Working with the finance and sales staff was effortless. Dealt with Alfred and Lance on our purchase of our F250 and they were both great guys. Selection was outstanding compared to other dealerships at the time we purchased our truck. Will definitely go back to this dealership again.
