I've never experienced such incredible service, as I have at Kayser Lincoln. Even at 155,000 miles, Shawn rolls out the red carpet every time my Navigator requires service. He takes care of the issues at hand, and provides me with information as to what I can do to keep my car in top running condition. Everyone at Kayser treats me like I'm their only customer. Like a friend. They're fair, they're honest, they're good people. When you buy a car, you're buying a dealership. I sure got a good one! Highly recommend!

Prior Insurance Claim to the vehicle I purchased in Feb...

Prior Insurance Claim to the vehicle I purchased in Feb 2020 was NOT disclosed at the we were signing the papers, I had to find out thru my Insurance agent that there was a $900 ins claim against the vehicle we purchased when they ran the VIN so we could obtains Ins Coverage. I emailed Ms Baxter wanting the repair orders for this damage(which they should have disclosed) while purchasing the vehicle, Said he(Mr Baxter) would be in touch which never happened. Complaint filed with the Dept of Agriculture over this. Very said after being customers of this dealerships sales/service depts for over 40 yrs

Hi Darrin, Again, we're sorry that this has become a source of frustration, however, as stated in our response to your complaint to the state, there was no indication of any insurance claim on the vehicle history report that we obtained on this vehicle as such no disclosure could have been made. Furthermore, Kayser did not at any time perform repair work, outside of routine safety inspection, on the vehicle before we acquired it nor at any time while it was in our inventory. Though my answer would have been the same at the time, I do apologize for having not responded within the 7-day deadline you had given prior to filing the complaint. The message you received from me was an out of office auto-responder indicating I would review emails upon my return. I am hoping that we can again earn your business as a long-time valued customer and I am open to further dialog privately around this issue if you would like to continue the discussion. I think you better check again, since my insurance agent asked if we know there was a claim for $900 against it when she first ran the vin ,there is no way you didnt know about this if you checked the vehicles when you first originally purchased them from where you did it you truly ran a car fax which i am guessing you did not or else it would have shown

Andrew was knowledgable, helpful, and patient in helping me through the process of selecting, driving, and buying a used Ford Escape. I test drove several models in his inventory and he walked me through the features and pros/cons of each one until I found one that was just the right fit price and package-wise. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Kayser Ford to any friend or family member of mine and would have them ask for Andrew by name if they wanted a smooth car-buying experience. Thanks again!
