    The used my credit card illegally. Heritage does not honor the Lincoln warranty and benefits. They say one thing and do another. The worst experience... you can have in purchasing a car, SUV or service

    Hi David! We have received some bad reviews in the past; sometimes customers are unhappy with our decisions or policies, it is unfortunate, but it ha...ppens. That being said I do not ever recall receiving a review filled with so many outright lies. It would appear my email dated 06/19/20 asking you not to return to Heritage was the correct decision. My employees certainly should not be exposed to someone as deceitful as yourself on a regular basis. Just to set the record straight for anyone else reading this I will address your misrepresentations one at a time. Illegal Use of your credit card: David took one of our loaner vehicles to New York City, where he was caught on camera speeding through a school zone. When we received the violation notice and fine, we attempted to contact David via phone and e-mail. David did not want to pay the fine, he wanted us to add it to his next bill. This was not an option, so in accordance with the terms of the loaner vehicle agreement he signed we charged it to the credit card he gave us when he took the loaner vehicle. Heritage Does not honor warranty benefits: This is an outrageous assertion if it were the case we would not be in business. We get paid by Lincoln and Ford for all warranty repairs we perform. Why would turn away revenue? David's issue here is that we do not have loaner vehicles and service appointments available the moment he needs one. Lincoln Motor Company and I have both tried to explain to David on several occasions that Loaners vehicles and the Pickup and Delivery Service are available to him based on appointment not on his whims. Say one thing and do another / Worst experience purchasing a vehicle: I am not entirely sure what he means by this, David did not purchase his vehicle from us. Rating is a scam: I don't know what this means or how we could scam a rating. Anyone still reading this please know that we always strive to take excellent care of our customers. While we may not always see things the same way, and we may not be able to make everyone happy all the time we always do our best.     They are everything the other dealer was not. Patient, personable, have a sense of humor, and keep their word. When you take people seriously and anticipate... their needs, you also sell cars.

    Recently bought used Lincoln MKZ.Overall ,satisfied with buying process and how everything went. Some back and forth about my trade in value,but that is... understandable. They offer to sell me protection plan ,i say no ,they did not tried to push it harder . Overall ,i am happy with dealership and whole process ,would reccomend it .

    Went there yesterday to hopefully buy a used 2012 mkx with 24,000 miles that they had advertised. The vehicle looked great. I asked to test drive it and... the salesman refused. I thought he was joking, and again asked to drive the vehicle. Salesman told me I could only test drive it after I bought it. That is the policy of the 75 year old owner. I laughed and walked out. The salesman followed me to my car lowering the price as we walked. Who buys a used car before test driving it????? If this is how they run their dealership I am glad I found out before I bought from them. My advice is RUN AWAY from this dealer.
