    I had only purchased a new car three times previously because I keep all of my cars 10 years or longer. Since I was replacing a 12-year old Subaru, and the reviews for the 2015 Outback were very positive, I was very certain that I wanted to try one for a test drive, and if I liked it, buy it. The salesman was terrific. He spent a LOT of time with me talking about what I liked and didn't like, and when I finally did decide on an Outback, he took the time to make various model and purchasing options available to me. The dealership also handled the paperwork and logistics of changing insurance and registration so that I had to do little else but pay for it. All in all, a very good experience.

    This is my fifth Subaru, the third leased from Bill Rapp Subaru. My reason for returning again & again is Frank Wiechowski, the best salesman I've worked with in the years I've purchased/leased a car. Frank's knowledgeable, professional, aware of the customer's needs/wants; he listens, keeps in touch, and always works to find the car I want that makes me happy. Living in Ithaca, Frank makes it very easy for me to find the model I want, complete the necessary paperwork and pick up my new lease with only 2 trips to Syracuse. So appreciate this. Please keep him around for my future leases!

    My 2014 Forester required body work after it was rear-ended. The Body Shop personnel were able to complete my insurance appraisal on site; they ordered parts, coordinated with my insurance company to arrange a rental car and completed the work within the estimated time frame. The work quality is excellent and they detailed my car!

    I was looking for a 2017 Subaru Outback and came to Bill Rapp Subaru with a price that I had in mind. I was working with their salesman Brian Milback and got a better price than the price I had in mind. Brian worked with me all the way from the test drive to the final sale without any pressure. He seemed really concerned about my needs. I got even a better price for my trade in than I thought I would. Over all, I'm very satisfied with my experience with the Bill Rapp dealership and would recommend them to family and friends. As a matter of fact, Brian has kept in touch just to find out if things are going well with my Outback. He wanted me to know that I could get a hold of him for ANYTHING that I might have a question on.
