Excellent dealership

I took my car in for service for a few things and wanted the battery checked while it was there. Rich gave me a call to let me know about a battery settlement notice that had been sent out and to register. Ended up saving me a little on the cost of a new battery. He was super helpful and went above and beyond.

Good experience

I was able to get shuttle service from the dealership and back to the dealership. The techs explained everything well.

Green is for Go!

I am extremely pleased with the car I chose: I like the stability, the safety, and methods incorporated to ensure safe driving such as the automatic distance setting. I need to read all the information about Starling and other features but all in all the car is what I need for this time in my life.

Good salesperson

Julie seemed to really care about MY needs and concerns. She is the one who people will come purposely to consult. She also has been so willing to offer post sale help in operating all the bells and whistles.

The dealership is professional and they make it very easy to get a loaner. I can’t have work done without a loaner, so this is vital to me.

Terrific job by eveyone

Everything! From finding exactly what I was looking for to an excellent overview of what my new vehicle can do (a lot!) and everything in between, Matt Montoya was excellent. I also want to recognize Mallory from internet sales because she got me started on the path by answering tons of my questions and getting the process underway to identify and find my ideal vehicle.

Excellent service at Bill Rapp Subaru

We took our car in for inspection but had issues with the car that needed to be addressed. The person checking us in was very attentive to understand the problems we were experiencing. He called during the day to give us updates. The service people who worked on the car took our car out 2-3 times for a drive until they were sure they fixed the problems. We also asked for detailing and the work was exceptional. I am so glad I asked for it. I think it's a well-kept secret they offer detailing service. Overall, very pleased. Everything was done within a day.
