    I had only purchased a new car three times previously because I keep all of my cars 10 years or longer. Since I was replacing a 12-year old Subaru, and the reviews for the 2015 Outback were very positive, I was very certain that I wanted to try one for a test drive, and if I liked it, buy it. The salesman was terrific. He spent a LOT of time with me talking about what I liked and didn't like, and when I finally did decide on an Outback, he took the time to make various model and purchasing options available to me. The dealership also handled the paperwork and logistics of changing insurance and registration so that I had to do little else but pay for it. All in all, a very good experience.

    I was clear on the car and the deal I wanted as I had done extensive research. I was also clear that I wanted the process to be efficient and pleasant. Salesman was able to make a deal without wasting my time and pressuring me for things I didn't want.

  • Great dealership

    Brian, our salesman was great. This is our 9th Subaru purchased from him. Got a great deal, and the transaction was low pressure and smooth as glass.

    I was worried about the a/c belt getting repaired/replaced in a day since it was a Hyundai and not GM or Subaru, but they ordered the part right away and took great care of the car. The shuttle to my work and back was excellent too. The coffee and donuts were great as well Just a great overall experience at Bill Rapp.

    I have a really busy life, I am raising 2 special need kids by myself, work full time, and earning degree in landscape architecture from ESF. I has no support system, or family. I thought buying or leasing a new vehicle is not a good thing for me, I was wrong . My old car became a disaster, unsafe, and unreliable, My old car was spending more time in the mechanic shop than me driving it around. Also, I am broke as dry corn, I'm living paycheck to-paycheck. One day I was driving around with my 2 kids crying in back , and I stopped and I told myself let walk in and see what they have. I thought that after I told them my situation, they will ask me to leave till I get my life togather, I was wrong again. It was the best decision I made in my life that day, my life changed completely, based on 12/08/2017 I'm officially graduated from ESF by taking a final graduate Studio to graduate early. If you are a single mom and u are struggling with your old car or trying to make it day by day; is not worth it and trust me you are going to save a lot of time trying to figure out what's going wrong in your car. Without this car I would never make it this far. As designer, Subaru will expand your knowledge and your imagination by taking to new spaces comfortably and safely. My Subaru is my happy space, is my everyday space.

    I greatly appreciated the no pressure attitude of your salesperson, Scott Stocking. He answered all our questions even when we told him we had just started shopping and were not ready to purchase at that time. When we were ready to purchase, he spent a great deal of time explaining every aspect of the Outback we eventually purchased.
