    I had only purchased a new car three times previously because I keep all of my cars 10 years or longer. Since I was replacing a 12-year old Subaru, and the reviews for the 2015 Outback were very positive, I was very certain that I wanted to try one for a test drive, and if I liked it, buy it. The salesman was terrific. He spent a LOT of time with me talking about what I liked and didn't like, and when I finally did decide on an Outback, he took the time to make various model and purchasing options available to me. The dealership also handled the paperwork and logistics of changing insurance and registration so that I had to do little else but pay for it. All in all, a very good experience.

    My wife and I are so excited about the used Subaru we bought at Bill Rapp Superstore. All of our questions were answered and we didn't feel pressured into buying a vehicle at their dealership. All the salespeople we dealt with were very polite and treated us with respect and valued our opinions. They also made a point of keeping in touch after the sale to be sure that we were satisfied with our purchase.

    I had an excellent experience leasing my vehicle from Bill Rapp Superstore. From the first email my sales person Jesse Vincent provided me with all the information I requested. I was given a detailed quote and knew upfront every charge/fee/deposit that would be required. I brought in my trade and was able to take possession of my Subaru Forester the same day. The dealership was very good, but it was my salesperson Jesse that really impressed me the most. I'd send everyone I know to him. He gave me a tour of the facility so before I ever needed service I'll know where to go. The waiting area is very nice with coffee, drinks, snacks, comfy chairs and a huge TV. Very pleased with everything but again if you want to talk to an honest, upfront salesperson talk to Jesse Vincent, he is the best!!!!!

    We have never had a more pleasant experience from a car dealership. The salesperson was friendly and definitely not pushy when it came to picking out a vehicle. We were able to test drive the vehicle that we eventually purchased and had our own Subaru mechanic go over the care with a fine tooth comb. Everyone we met was very friendly and willing to help us in any way that they could. The showroom is spotless along with the customer waiting area which made us feel relaxed and valued as a customer. We definitely will go back to Bill Rapp Super Store for a vehicle in the future.

    I purchased a new 2017Buick Lacrosse on Jan 31, 2017. The salesman searched for a vehicle that met my specifications and evaluated my trade-in to give me a good idea of what my total purchase price would be. He was able to give me top dollar for my trade and every discount available for my purchase. After all the purchase arrangements were made, he was able to obtain my desired auto and deliver it to me within two work days. He assured that the vehicle was properly prepped and gave me a time for pick-up. The car was ready for pick-up at the time he specified and we were able to finalize closing in about an hour. After closing, the salesman brought me out to the car and reviewed all of the systems with me and sat with me as I worked through the features. I drove away after less than two hours and am a very satisfied customer.

    The sales person was friendly and personable. He was not pushy, but was willing to offer help in the form of information about the cars. What struck us the most was his confidence in the produce. When I returned after a few days with questions about the operation of the car, Bill, (salesman) showed me how the gadgets worked, he was very clear and knew the car well.

They even drove the car to a Mecanic near by of my choice for the car to be checked out. Best car ever!!! Bought a 2005 Toyota Highlinder with 113 thousand miles.
