    I had only purchased a new car three times previously because I keep all of my cars 10 years or longer. Since I was replacing a 12-year old Subaru, and the reviews for the 2015 Outback were very positive, I was very certain that I wanted to try one for a test drive, and if I liked it, buy it. The salesman was terrific. He spent a LOT of time with me talking about what I liked and didn't like, and when I finally did decide on an Outback, he took the time to make various model and purchasing options available to me. The dealership also handled the paperwork and logistics of changing insurance and registration so that I had to do little else but pay for it. All in all, a very good experience.

    Absolutely couldn't be happier with our experience with Bill Rapp GMC. They were extremely professional and courteous. Our salesman Sean Abbott was fantastic. He was extremely respectful and knowledgeable. From the moment we walked in the front door Keith Naples and his staff treated us as if we had been lifelong customers. Truly a first class operation and that's why we will being doing future business with Bil Rapp GMC as well as referring them to everybody we know.

    Other than the saleswoman Julie Moore this was a horrific experience. I had to return the truck multiple times for the same issue. Brakes. After months of them trying to fix the problem they still have not made them right. It took them multiple times to fix simple things like a door latch and window control. There employees barely acknowledge you when your talking to them. The general manager even got involved and after I took the truck back to have them fix the squeaking brakes they returned the truck still with squeaking brakes and now shaking when applying the brakes at 45mph. The general manager after I sent a long text message to explaining how frustrated this experience has been called back to tell me that they were going to make it right. When I tried to talk with him suddenly someone else was more important and he said he would have to call me back. It's been three weeks. Nothing!! This is my fourth vehicle I have bought from rapps and I will never again go there nor recommend them to anyone.
