    I had only purchased a new car three times previously because I keep all of my cars 10 years or longer. Since I was replacing a 12-year old Subaru, and the reviews for the 2015 Outback were very positive, I was very certain that I wanted to try one for a test drive, and if I liked it, buy it. The salesman was terrific. He spent a LOT of time with me talking about what I liked and didn't like, and when I finally did decide on an Outback, he took the time to make various model and purchasing options available to me. The dealership also handled the paperwork and logistics of changing insurance and registration so that I had to do little else but pay for it. All in all, a very good experience.

    I had never owned a Subaru until I bought BRZ. I LOVE the car and everywhere I go someone asks me "Wow! What is that?" But the best part is that when I take it in for service it's as good as the comments I get about the car! Always efficient, friendly, the price is right.

    I had my older-model, modest, economy car serviced by the Bill Rapp dealership, and the car happens to have been purchased at another GM dealership. Without a doubt, there is no caste system, implicit or otherwise, in their philosophy or workmanship. It speaks volumes that they treated me with the same admirable degree of courtesy and attentiveness that they would have had I driven in with a high-end luxury car purchased from them. Complete satisfaction and gratitude.

    I was able to bring my car in without an appointment and get it inspected at no cost and get an 18,000 mile check up for under $90.00. This was during the big March snow storm and they were more than happy to take me right away. Total wait time was under 2 hours and the lounge area was extremely clean and comfortable.

    JULIE!!!! Truly, the main reason we continue to shop at Bill Rapp is because of Julie Moore. The showroom is neat and clean, the new waiting room is lovely, and we've been really pleased with the service team but in our experience, Julie is the true gem of the entire operation. She is a remarkable person who clearly believes in the product she deals with but it's her investment in the customers and THEIR belief in the product - specifically, the right car and financial commitment, that matters most to her.
