The initial consultation over the internet and on the phone were very pleasant. Lauren was outstanding. Very nice and polite. That was where the quality... ended. Mike the salesman seemed very annoyed that I was unhappy with the vehicle for specific reasons. It smelled like cigarettes, the check engine light was on when I started the vehicle, there was a shake in the rear end, and there was a hesitation with the brakes. The tohnoe(sp) cover also had a hole in it. He claimed that was an additional accessory that they left on. I had one on my last truck and I know they are more hassle to remove than they are to leave on. He said they send all vehicle to the shop before the sale is completed. Other dealerships i have spoken to send there cars through the shop before putting them on the sales lot. Not to mention I drove almost 2 hours to reach this dealership. I spend years as a sales manager and would never let my crew talk to a customer they way he spoke to me. Very unfortunate because I would have probably gone back for that truck.
2 days before leaving for a road trip south, my check engine light came on and it wasn't a simple fix. But the team of Karen, Dan, Alex, and Paul not... only managed to have my car ready for my trip, but they including Darcie provided excellent customer service. This is a team and company would want to have working for them I can not thank them enough for what they did.

We went to Wilbur Duck just to see what we could possibly do to get rid of the lincoln we have had for 4 years and were never happy with (which came from... a different local dealer) . Frank listened to our situation and immediately went to work...in about 10 minutes he showed me a car that I liked very much. We proceeded to get out information, looked at our present car with his partner. Came back to me and said " I have something else to show you" took me over to a Jeep Patriot....I fell in love with it. He got more of our info and said " your going home today with a new vehicle".....we did. We have bought several cars in the last 16 years and I never had someone work that hard for us to get us a slightly less payment and a much newer car!! My 2014 Buick was towed to dealership. Service Manager Paul Weaver and his staff took my car right in as soon as it arrived and after problem was found... he took me home, repaired the car the next day and delivered back to my house. Worst experience buying a car ever! Frank Duck (one of the owners) didn't live up to anything he promised. The car needed service under warranty, and had... to fight to get them to pay... I would NEVER recommend or use them again. Since the purchase have heard of many others who have had similar problems. Service dept sucks, customer service? There wasn't any!
We have purchased three vehicles from Wilbur-Duck Chevrolet and we have always been very satisfied with the car salesman, (John) and the Service we have... received every time we have been there, it has a very friendly atmosphere and is a very clean and comfortable place. I just bought my first ever brand new car from Wilbur duck Chevy and let me tell you it feels great!!!! I'm glad for my first ever new car I chose Wilbur... duck Chevy to buy it at. the staff there was great and very friendly!! they made me feel like an nba lottery pick!!! I cant thank frank duck enough for what he did for me and how conformable he made me feel buying my first ever new car. frank called me three days later to ask me how I liked the vehicle and I told him I have been driving it straight for three days...lol thanks again frank. I have a 2011 Chevy 2500HD vehicle with the GM protection plan which covers an annual oil change and tire rotation. I made an appointment with Paul (the... service manager) to bring my vehicle for these services to Wilber Duck Chevrolet on November 12, 2012. I specifically put a black dot with permanent marker on my oil filter as I have heard through various sources that different dealerships do not always perform the work properly. Later, I climbed under the vehicle and to my surprise the oil filter was the same one I had already marked. This is unacceptable and I tried to contact the dealerships service department twice only to get the voicemail prompt which I did not leave any message. This is horrific way of doing business and if this is the way this dealership does their business it is a disgrace and needs to be told to the rest of the public so no one else gets duped. I will NEVER go back to this underhanded dealer for anything.
