This dealership is superior to any Hyundai we have experienced, though given the appalling service we experienced at Chicagoland Hyundai dealers this may seem less praise than deserved. Ed our salesman was polite and obliging. We had traveled two and a half hours but he reserved the car in question unlike Tinley Park Hyundai which sold a car out from under us while we respected a Covid dictated appointment. They openly admitted they were more interested in a sale than customer loyalty. We purchased our Genesis because the car was well priced, had been immaculately prepared and the financial discussions were as transparent as we could hope for. My advice to Chicagoans who desire a Hyundai car, take the extra drive to Wisconsin!
