I purchased a 2012 Chevy 1500 from Sharon Chevy. I noticed a vibration in the truck on my way home from there location. I returned to the service Department. They told me nothing was wrong. I returned 4 times for a vibration in my truck. They kept telling me there was nothing wrong with the truck. The service advisor on the 4th visit told me the reason I had the vibration was that I had installed a tarp over the stuff in the back of the truck and that is what caused the vibration. I had only put the tarp in the truck a week before the last visit. I took the truck to a dealer in Ithaca, near where I live, and it was determined that the truck had bad U joints. I have to drive 60 miles one way to deal with this bad service department. I would not trust them to wash my vehicle not a chance.

Turn and run from this dealer. Terrible
I would give it a no stars if possible. Terrible place, do not buy a vehicle from them. Service department is a joke and the sales manager is even more comical and incompetent . Had a really bad experience with them with a simple key fob replacement that they gave me, which was the wrong one but they wouldn't replace it with a new one. Absolutely garbage of a dealership thats only 1 of 3 issues i had with them and we have only owned the vehicle for less than 2 years. Again steer clear of Sharon Chevy on 31. You have been warned. Customer service does not exist at this location so be prepared for that, they do not care about the person they only care about numbers!

Good price
We bought an 2016 Audi A3 premium convertible at Sharon Chevrolet For what we believe a pretty good deal! It was a little difficult during the COVID 19 virus going on having to do most of the deal over the phone but got through! Had a problem with the detail department cleaning the car and making the car acceptable! Everything was explained to us so we could understand! They don’t like throwing in any freebies to get the customers to feel good not even a full tank of gas! But we love the car!

Best Repair Center EVER! Ask for James!!
I brought my car to Sharon Chevrolet after being referred by a family member that works as a certified GM mechanic in Pennsylvania. This was probably one of the best decisions I have ever made. Not only did it save me over $1500, but the parts in my car were replaced with genuine GM parts. The gentleman that helped me provided me with the best experience I have ever had in regards to bringing my car in for services. Not only did James help me understand the issues with my car, he never made me feel confused or obligated to have every single repair he recommended and was honest about what needed immediate attention and what would need service soon. As a woman, when I bring my car to a mechanic I am treated differently. I am treated as if I know absolutely nothing about cars or the way they work. Every mechanic I have ever brought my car into (with the exception of James at Sharon Chevrolet) has led me down a rabbit hole and pushed for me to have extra services and repairs done with confusing explanations of the repairs. I am viewed as an "Easy Target" and I always end up paying more for repairs than is necessary. James put a stop to this madness. He was straight forward and provided me with 0 BS. He stated facts and completely explained them in a way that I was able to see the value of the repairs. James also advocated for my safety. As the previous establishment, I had my car at quoted $3200.00 for $2100.00 worth of work and failed to inform me of a safety issue. James was able to correctly identify the issues and give me the best price in town. I was able to get twice as many repairs for significantly less money. I will never bring my car anywhere else for repairs. James has completely changed my perception of service centers and mechanics. James if you are reading this, thank you for everything! I am eternally grateful for you. I hope Sharon Chevrolet sees your value. You now have a customer for life. I don't often fill out survey's but because of the service and the communication, I received from James I couldn't wait to fill this out. I will make sure to refer anyone that asks me where the best place to take a car for repairs to is Sharon Chevrolet. I will also tell them to ask for James specifically. He is an absolute asset to your company! Thank you so much for everything. If I could give James an accurate score based on a 1 - 10 scale I would put it at a strong 20. They made the process nice and smooth. I would visit again for my next purchase. I wished I bought a Chevy to service it there, but they have a Ford right across the street.
