    This dealership had a car I wanted. Initially they wanted $2,000 over MSRP. They offered to sell for $1,000 over MSRP, I declined. I waited several weeks... and eventually they offered to sell it for MSRP. I told them I would need somewhere in the NADA Average to Clean Trade in Value on my car, and gave them the details, info and VIN etc.. they said they would most likely be in that range on trade. When I brought it in, they were $3,000 below the bottom of the range, and $2,000 below NADA Rough Trade In, for a car that needed no work, has a clean carfax and no accidents. They wouldn't budge or compromise at all on the trade offer. I even offered to let it go for $1,000 below NADA Rough Trade In, and they still declined. Clearly they lied about a possible trade value to get me in the door and expected me to accept an unreasonable offer. I had other Hyundai Dealers offering me way more, and laughing at these guys for what they offered. Don't waste your time here, you will be treated like you don't know anything and robbed blind if you're not careful.

    At Somersworth Hyundai our dealerships motto has always been ustomers for life we believe we provide an experience like no other dealership for our cu...stomers and customers to be. Our sales staff knowledge of our vehicles is unrivaled and we always strive to be as polite and courteous as possible. Hyundai offers a great product that we are thrilled to offer to the public. We and every car dealer loses the most customers when it comes down to trade ins. We try to offer the customer what we believe is a fair trade value, so that they can get the maximum amount for their vehicle and we can still make a profit. Customers will often ask for an approximate trade value over the internet and we try to accommodate them as much as possible. However, if the condition of the vehicle is not such as they described obviously the value has to change; sometimes the value goes up other times it goes down. Our dealership started out as one small family run enterprise in less than 10 years ago. Now the Forget family run and operates four dealerships. If we were unfair to our customers, we would not have grown and probably would not be in business. My suggestion would be come in to our dealership, see what we have to offer and then write your own review. I look forward to seeing what comes up.
