    Took my car in, was 2 days before I heard anything. They had it for 5 days in all, broke down 2 weeks later. I took it to another dealer, same issue,... had it fixed in half a day. Was also hung up on, on hold for 10-15 minutes on two seperate occasions, it was comical. Couldn't make this up, it was ridiculous.

    I had no plans of making a purchase or trading in my current car. After being there for an hour, our sales person, Lexi Wilson had us sold on a car. I... left with cheaper paymentsand a zero% interest rate. She was knowledgeable of the cards, listened to our wants, and paired us with a car to give us everything we wanted at a price we were very happy with. We are going back in a few months to get my husband a new car. Lexi is a superstar. Can't believe she's only been there a short time. The whole team at Courtesy Ford was amazing!

    I was very disappointed in my dealing with you guys. Without going into a lot of detail, there was a lack of urgency and communication on my salesman's... part. After being frustrated a first time I got a call from the sales manager so I continued with the deal only to be frustrated further with lack of communication and information so I chose to end the deal. Thank you for your time and I'm sorry it didn't work out. Ron
