Had to bring my car here in an emergency. They were able to fix my brakes same day and for a great price. Everyone here was very friendly- especially Brenda in service. Work was completed to my high standard!

Rich LaBrie in sales was a gentleman and class act throughout the sales process. I did not feel like I was being gamed or played like is so often the case in car sales. Rich exuded trustworthiness and he even filled the tank of gas before I picked up my new to me Jeep. Very nice people who have been in the industry since 1937. There’s a reason they have lasted this long and I would recommend.

Two years ago (I think?) we bought a used Jetta Wagon and about a year ago we bought a used Audi Q3. Everyone there acts like you are an old friend or a relative. They are honest, kind and helpful. After the Jetta was such a hit for our family, we went back and bought the Audi which is such a great car. We need another car in the coming months and I know that I can reach out, they will be on the lookout for the right car and I will be able to go through the process pain free! Oh, and the service department is great, friendly and helpful!

I've been doing business with Carlson's for well over 35 years now. I've bought several vehicles from them and have repairs done there because I trust them with my vehicle. All staff have been respectful and welcoming each time I'm there. This experience though was a little different. I was shown all the features of the vehicle, test drove it and then we sat to discuss the purchase. I was disappointed that we weren't able to come to a deal after all the years of buying there. I thought after a few days that I'd hear from them to discuss new numbers, perhaps close a sale. I will continue to do business with them, as I know them, trust them and support them as they've treated me as a valued customer all these years. I've recommended Carlson's to friends over the years. trusting Carlson's to give them the same quality service I've received.
