Contacted them twice - once through cars.com and once through their own website. No response. Called a few days later and was told the car was sold. It was listed a week later by another dealership and the Carfax showed it was sent to auction by this dealer. They never even posted pics of it. If they had pics or replied to my message I probably would have purchased it. It's like they don't even try.

Tom rushed me to sign my papers before getting the vehicle because he said it will get snatched if I don’t. They have given no warranty when I know I wanted one. The car came was no blinkers working, no battery holder, and all of my connectors were loose. When I brought this issue up to Tom, he told me to get it checked out but he did fix the blinker issue. They had me sign the papers but didn’t give me my car a MONTH after I have signed them because things were not working with the vehicle. I want to still talk to his supervisor to this day. He is a nice guy, but that doesn’t change what happened with my vehicle. I asked for only remote start as a key thing to the vehicle; he said the vehicle had it. Which it did NOT.

Anthony was the salesman available when I got there he helped me locate the truck I was looking for after my car was totaled. When financing fell thru on it they did everything possible to get me into a new vehicle. I left with a great 2022 ram when it had an issue the next day they immediately took care of the issue picking it up and offering to bring it back. I will definitely go back.

I called to ask a few questions on a used pickup. I gave Charity the info on what i'm looking for, after looking up what I asked about. Charity called back on what we talked about and will be following up in the future.

Never returned a single message I sent. Very unprofessional overall. Was prepared to purchase vehicle upfront in full. Will not do business here . Can only imagine what other unprofessional practices occur here .

Overall experience EXCELLENT they even drove my car at to my house----from beginning to end Tom was GREAT--I pretty much knew what I wanted when I got there--since I was not getting a loan for my car-we didnt have all that stuff--he even helped me get ahold of my insurance agent for my proof--it was only one day from start to finish--I was surprised when I found out they had 6 Malibu's---most dealerships don't have hardly any----LOVE my new (2021) car--last vehicle I purchased was 2010---I will recommend them to everyone--

I will never deal with you again. I don’t like a dealer that knows you have been approved for financing and turns around and sells the vehicle before I can get there. I was told it was in transit. The next day I was told it was sold. So I had to take the check back to the bank.

Most corrupt horrible sales people in a dealership I’ve ever seen. DO NOT GO HERE!!! They lied and tricked me for everything they could because I was young and on my own. They smelled blood tricked me out of 2500 and didn’t even give me the warranty they promised also had me pick up the truck 4 days after I signed it to “let the payment go through” I then realized the truck is over 500 miles more than it originally was. These guys are as crooked as you could possibly be idk how Chrysler lets them use their name. Absolutely pathetic wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER! They knew I was young and my first time buying a car on my own and they absolutely squeezed me for every dime they could promising me a fake warranty so I gave them an additional 2500 than what the truck was originally priced. I signed the papers and got my insurance and they told me I had to “wait till the payment went through” then I realized 4 days after signing it and finally picking it up that the miles were over 500 than what I signed for so they must’ve used the truck after I signed on it!! NO BS!! I couldn’t do anything tho cuz the date was 4 days prior to me getting the truck! Wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy the most crooked business I’ve ever encountered STEER CLEAR

Bought a 2018 Dodge Ram eco boast diesel, after having it and had emissions problem, found out truck came from Canada and had no factory warranty and the big dollar extended warranty finance manager sold me doesn’t cover emissions also, called Markael 4 times and will not return calls! Don’t use them and anything to do with Joe Richi dealerships!
