Restored my faith in
Wow, this is my 3rd.review. 2weeks after purchasing my Subaru CrossTrack( used,but it’s a “Subaru “) I noticed a small amount of oil under hood. My salesman Ray was able to squeeze me in, ( because they’re so busy),unfortunately it took 2weeks for parts to arrive.I was given a loner car for that2weeks. When my car was ready the sales department did not charge me the $100 deductible, they felt bad it took so long,(now who does that) I just can’t say enough about my experiences with Garvey. This is a first for me, I stopped buying from “ the big car shops” a long time ago. Just one more tid bit,my salesman Ray took it upon himself to match the paint color and purchase ( out of his pocket) the spray paint to touch up 2-3 very small spots on car! Once again “ who does that”. Thanks to all of my friends over at Garvey Volkswagen Quaker Rd in Queensburry.

They don't stand by their used vehicles.
They don't stand by their used vehicles. I bought a used vehicle from them this fall for $27,000. Upon delivery, and after signing the papers, I was told there was only one key. After much discussion, they simply would not absorb the cost for a second programed key. There was also a stain on the ceiling in the rear of the vehicle. I cleaned it and thought nothing of it. It came came back after a few weeks. I just assumed I did not get it completely the first time, so cleaned it again. After a few months, I finally realized it is a water leak that appears after each rain storm. I normally park inside at night. When I spoke to the service department, I was told that after 30 days, they are not obligated to do anything, and for $120 per hour they would "look at it".

Team not on the same page during COVID
Was waiting in the show room after reading the sign that stated the room was open to expand waiting area for social distancing. When I answered no thank you to a salesman, after he asked if he could help, he kicked me out while I was looking at the cars and brochures. I told him I was just following their signage in the service center. He didn’t seem to care no apologize for the mistake. Unfortunately, I have purchased my last three kias during service appointment and am in the market for a new one. I will never buy a car from this dealership after this experience.
Brandon Manney is a stellar customer service rep. My entire vehicle was gone over and explained to me in language I could understand. My entire experience was professional, friendly and timely. I highly recommend this dealership.
