Inquired about an Equinox I was very interested in.

Inquired about an Equinox I was very interested in. Even submitted a price I was willing to pay. Got a generic robo text back. They need to remember those of us that inquire about a vehicle are real people. Bought a beautiful 2023 Blue Equinox from Feldman.

Dont.buy tonneau cover from them

Sales.was great love truck but the 600.00 tonneau cover is junk blows in wind noise canr.hear radio at.75mph dosent seal at all blows up like a balloon

Rude Sales Manager

came in there new car advertising and dealt with Josh he tried explaining to me why my pricing was over A 100.00 more a month then what there Ad reads. At this point he goes and gets the New car Manager Chelsea who tries to explain it to me. In which she failed to miserably and then started to get real rude with me when I called her out on her Lies I will never go back to Cooks and will tell all my friends and family to do the same. They are Liars and scammers

Cook Chevrolet in Vassar

I was looking for a trailblazer, I had ordered on from another dealership but when it arrived they said it was $2000 more. I was paying cash and couldn't afford $2000. more. The salesman told me I should walk away. I left crying. My brother told me to call Cooks Chevrolet and ask for Norm Labean. Norm happened to have a trailblazer that was in the show room, he wrote up the paper work and had it delivered to me 2� hours away free of charge. I won't go anywhere else now.

Verry Disatisfied with Cook GM of Vassar

Justin Whitney lied to us about a gouge in our used car purchase. In a GM Certified car he told us a $1000 gouge would buff out and led us to believe he had taken care of it. After the sale he just dodged that side of the car. It had not been fixed. The car was not cleaned like it should be either, no detail work. It was like you just drove thru the carwash. They never even checked the tires. We received a text the next day. Do not take their word . I also spoke with Gary Piesco the so called General Manager. After agreeing with me in person he then called and said they would not help. They did before that agree to pay for half. Although their half did include the profits they made on the original $1000. Now we have a big exhaust leak (we will be taking it somewhere else) . Is this what to expect GM certified is? Every relative I have at one time or another, including myself worked for GM. I just moved back from Florida and this is why there so many foreign cars being bought there , including by GM retirees. Verry Dissatisfied The body shop did a Excelent job! There was also a mark on the other side of the car we did not see at first, they wouldn’t even talk about that.

Display is not working properly. Having problems with the 2 wheel indicator going out intermittently. They said there are no codes telling them there is a problem. So we wait till it goes out completely. Then we fix it.
