This is a family owned business where I’ve been treated like family. I’ve bought 2 new vehicles from them. I’ve taken my Jeep Wrangler to them for the modifications and Kurtis, the service manager, was extremely helpful. I never feel intimidated there and the service team is very knowledgeable. They are very supportive in the community. I’ll always recommend Deur speet

"We don't deal with Route 66 Warranties". Didnt even want to pick up the phone to call them. Took my business elsewhere

Thanks for getting back to me. I did meet with my service manager regarding this issue. We have had very poor experiance with Route66 warranties in the past. In fact, our last experience with them we lost just over 500.00 when they never paid us. I do understand that it is frustrating to you and I am sorry that we have had to stop accepting them. I am just not in position to risk not getting paid. Again, I am sorry for your inconvenience and I totally understand.

The dealership and the people in it made us feel like we were important!! A lot of dealerships will not, and they won’t go the extra mile for you!! But deuer speet did! They were very curtious to me! If I did have one suggestion it would be to make sure whoever detailed the vehicle, would not flood the seats!! Our back seats were soaked!! But I’m still a happy costumer!! And will be returning when I decide to get a newer vehicle!! I’m very pleased!!

They got my jeep in the day I needed and did the work and...

They got my jeep in the day I needed and did the work and called me to let me know it was ready. The bill was below what I thought it would be and they let me know what they did and what will need to be done in the future. I am good for the next 30,000 miles. I am a happy Jeep owner and love my service guys and the work they do. They gave my Jeep a very needed car wash and even vacuumed it.
