Dealing with Patrick Rohde was a good experience. He wasn't pushy, yet answered all of my questions in a professional and timely manner. The car was well prepped and has been everything I expected. I would probably deal with Labadie and Patrick again.

I went to the dealership with my mother for my first car purchase. After being shown just three vehicles, the one I was getting was pretty much picked out for me, at much more than I agreed to pay and for a longer term, and credit checks began. Because it was so late in the day, we had to come back the next day to actually do anything. I came back the next day saying specifically that I wanted to look at cheaper cars, but several associates were already in the back working on financing the one out of my price range. Next thing I know they call me back to the signing office telling me that I need to sign now because there are people waiting and I can't have any time to think it over. Overwhelmed, and out of stupidity, I did. The car has a chip in the windshield, which Ryan had originally said he would schedule to have fixed but instead took off the moment the papers were signed, the car was on empty for gas, and an oil change is due in less than 400 miles. I will never again buy a car from these people. They saw an inexperienced car buyer with his also naïve mother and took us for all we had.

Overall, an excellent buying experience! I was looking to buy a very specific RAV4 which was hard to find. The New Car Sales Manager, Willis Lewis, was both patient and professional as we worked through the options! The Sales Professional, Patrick Rohde, represented both the vehicle and the dealership very well. The overall deal included a very fair price for my Trade-in as well. The dealership arranged the financing and we closed the deal literally painlessly!

We needed a car and they had just what we were looking for. Transaction was fast and easy awesome salesperson Nik. Would buy from again.

I introduced myself to Patty Alderton well over a year ago. We had several phone conversations and email exchanges. I did not meet her until the day that I made my purchase. I appreciated that Patty did not wear out her welcome with me. She let me lead in the purchase of the Camry. Any questions that I had were immediately answered and always completely answered. The quality of service he rendered did not stop at the shop on the day we closed the deal. Charlie went out of his way to provide me the assistance I needed the week after I purchased the vehicle. It was especially sweet that he did not hesitate to give me a hand in jump starting the car because I left the lights on the whole night. He showed up at my garage door with portable charger right within ten minutes of my call. :) Charlie, you are the man!! Thanks a lot! My husband and I were just driving through car lots looking, and Brach was the only sales person who bothered to come speak to us. He got them to give us more for or trade and worked to get us a payment within our budget. When we got the van home there was a noise in the upper strut mount on the drivers side, Brach got it repaired for us at no cost to us. If you are looking for a good deal then I highly suggest visiting Brach Marker in the used car lot at Labadie Toyota in Bay City!!!
