Came in for an oil change. Advisor had trouble connecting to vehicle could not give price for oil change only estimate. Requested 5w30 oil invoice stated 5w20. The only one who benifts from that oil is the dealership that installs it! Will never return. Will tell everyone that I can the same.

I dealt with Travis and it was a great experience. I made it clear I had no time for haggling and would be buying based on first quote so I wanted his best price upfront. The other two local Dodge dealerships apparently didn't believe me because they definitely didn't give me the best price. One gave me sticker price (lol!), which I didn't even respond to, and the other tried to b Travis also conducted business the way I wanted, didn't try to sway me or hardcore push me into purchasing additional services, warranties, etc. like I had been at another Dodge dealership several years ago. I felt he was attentive without being annoying, informative, and personable. It was a comfortable, pleasant experience and I feel I got the best deal available locally.

I'm looking for a Ram Promaster. The sales person answered my email within the day and the Manager followed up after that. I hope to buy soon.

Spent 3 days trying to get information on a vehicle I was interested in and couldn't get something as simple as the price or pictures. The salesman finally returned an email 3 days later saying the car had a pending sale and the person had the advantage because they actually went to the dealership. I live 3 hours away, 6 hours round trip and I wanted information to make it worth my drive which they wouldn't give me. Not worth doing business with people that don't respect your time or have the courtesy of responding to simple requests.
