Tire rotation was not done as part of the "Works" LOF program. Took back to service writer and was confirmed that the tech had not completed the process... prior to me picking the car up. Rotation was done immediately and I was sent on my way.
I walked into Hagen after my lease was up and found out my sales rep had moved but was met by another one who in return helped me out the same as the first... one did . I had a great second experience .
We went to hagen ford again for another vehicle because of the service we got to buying a vehicle previously The salesman at the time Phil White went out... of his way for usby bringing the vehicle we were interested in to our home for us to look at.He worked with us to get the best deal possible with his boss We never had one problem with our vehicle over the 2 years we had it.When we went to Hagen after 2 years Phil remembered both my name and my wifes name which really impressed us knowing he takes his job seriously We purchased a ford explorer,it has been an excellent purchase But 8 month after we got it the brake fluid cylinder got cracked by a stone hitting it I called Phil to explain what had happened and to have it repaired at Hagen Ford To my surprise Phil offered to pay half of the repair costs.This just amazed me and speaks volumes of not only Phil but of Hagen Ford as a company I am going back within the next couple of months not only to buy a car for my wife but my daughter also Once again Phil on behalf of my wife and i for treating us as part of the Hagen family

Very friendly service. Prices are very high compared to other shops but is to be expected of a dealership. Overall service was excellent.
The service dept. staff went out of their way to make sure I was accommodated.
The service was for a transition cable clip ck. The service was done in 10 min while I waited. The popcorn was good as well.
Hagen Ford always takes great care of my vehicles when they need service, excellent customer service with friendly staff.

I had a very good experience. I had an appointment at 11:00 and they were behind and did not get done until 1 1/2 later, put they did my oil change and... tire rotation for free, which I did have a free oil change, but they didn't use my free one and also I was responsible for the fee for the tire rotation, but they did both for nothing. Thought that was very good business on their part.

Phil was kind enough to sign the dash of my Ford Edge before it was delivered. I am guessing 21 was his basketball number in high school. When people... get in I tell them it is a Dale Earnhardt Jr edition and they are non the wiser. The Edge is black, so it needs to be washed often. When I trade it in, I hope the signature pays off. I am thinking of getting a plow truck so I could plow parking lots. I think it would be nice to help people out and wave at them while they walk through the plowed parking lots. Phil said no plow on the Edge. Hoping to win big on a scratch off soon.
