    I just leased a 2015 Hyundai Sonata Sport from Keith at Rowe Hyundai, and I'm very pleased with the experience and the car. Keith found exactly the car I wanted with the right set of features, and got me a fair lease price. I love my Sonata and will definitely go back to Rowe for future leases/purchases. I can't think of anything that I could complain about, it was just a good experience and outcome. Even though Rowe is not the nearest Hyundai dealer to my house, the shopping/buying experience was much better than it was at the closest dealership. Rowe was well worth the extra 15 minute drive.

    Our sales person Nathan House was very attentive, responded promptly to all of our questions, was knowledgeable about the car and its features, and overall was very helpful. Even after our purchase, Nathan followed up with phone calls to see how we were enjoying our new car and to see if we had any questions. We did, and he answered them. If you plan on shopping at Rowe, I recommend that you ask for Nathan. As with other reviewers, our experience with the finance people was not good. I left a message with one of them asking for the bottom-line amount of the purchase once sales tax and fees were added in, but never got a response. When we picked up the car, we had to walk to the Hyundai building to see a finance person there. We were kept waiting. When we finally did get to sit down with him, and we declined extended warranty coverage and undercoating, he switched from friendly to shockingly argumentative and disrespectful. This was not exactly the treatment one expects when completing the purchase of a car, and in our case cast a definite cloud over our new-car excitement.

    I already had a car picked out before going to the dealership and contacted Leif O'Connell. I was greeted by Leif. He was very friendly, helpful, personable and easy going. He took time to answer all of my questions and even called me after business hours. I got a great deal. It was a comfortable, hassle free experience. I would definitely recommend Leif and Rowe Hyundai to everyone I know.

    I arrived knowing my purchase the sales person was awesome. Delay was with the finance person who took longer than needed to complete the sales process - but once he understood I wasn't puchasing extra warranted services the transaction was finalized quickly.

    We went to Rowe to check on pricing for maintenance on our 2008 Elantra. Upwards of 2k and with 220,000 miles, we debated our options. We were introduced to Jason Burns who sat with us and talked about our concerns. we told him that we usually purchase left over cars. He talked about some that had just come from the overfill lot and took us outside. we looked at several and decided to test drive the Sonata. Decided that it was a no brainer! we needed to buy a new dependable vehicle for my wife (who drives 84 miles back and forth to work). Jason wasn't pushy at all, explained our options and we did the paperwork. we picked up the car 3 days later, on Friday. Jason came out and set up the bluetooth for us and told us not to hesitate to call with any questions. He called again on Monday to check in and see how we were enjoying the car. Very knowledgable, personable gentleman and we would definitely deal with him again!!!
