    Customer Service representatives such as Bethany, Muhammad & Scott are completely useless at their jobs. At no point should I feel intimidated or like... I 'owe them one' for doing their xxxx jobs. Those were literally the words out of Muhammad's mouth the last time I brought my Benz (under warranty) to the dealership. The overall goal of a customer service rep is to satisfy customers & fulfill requests to the best of their abilities. I created a new gmail just to write this review because what he said made me feel belittled. This establishment continues to provide some of the worst service in the area. Unter disappointment, BMW & Audi service reps have never made me feel this way. My next vehicle will not be a Mercedes due to these 3 bird brains & the experiences I have had at Prime. On a plus, the coffee machine doesnt make me feel like I 'owe it one' & they always have snacks which is a plus. 1 star.

    I tow a dump trailer and work this vehicle hard. Nick was fantastic in helping me understand which repairs were needed and prepared me for work which... may be necessary in the future. This car has been a great value and the repairs have be much less than I would normally expect given the rough use. Prime Motors has been constantly "excellent" over the six years I've live in Maine.

    Scott Joys was very helpful and provided great service when my car was towed into his dealership with a flat tire. He kept me informed and got me back... on the road. It was great service from the dealership even though was not the dealership I usually have my service done. Thanks again!

    I went in for scheduled service and told I needed new tires and that they just happened to be having a sale. I just purchased this car one year ago .... I questioned the service manager who wasn't sure if it was one or two tires that needed to be replaced. All in all-way too early to need new tires. Realize that when you drive in for service and have 3 people waiting on you that you are paying through the nose. Although we really like our car, I would not recommend using this dealership for service. This is my 5th Mercedes and have never found service at any dealerships I have dealt wth anything but outstanding.
